Thanks for the explanation. I replied within about 6 hours, which is well within our Scope of Support / Terms for time to reply. Please keep this in mind for the future.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi, Steve. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

    1)

Each site would require its own license, even if in a multisite environment with directory (instead of subdomain) setup.

We have a multisite level license, but you could get away with buying the Agency level license (up to 10 sites). Know that using a non-multisite level license within a multisite environment will make it so you cannot do automatic updates (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/)

    2)

We have a CSV import but not a CSV export. We have an iCal import and an iCal export but it’s not a lossless way to move or sync events from Site A to Site B. Event Aggregator (EA) offers a better solution (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-hub-site-event-aggregator/), but the only “full data” move (including full support for Events Calendar PRO’s recurring events) is via WordPress’ own import/export tools.

Please reference Using WordPress Export Tools to Migrate Events Content and let me know if that answers your question.

    3)

Our plugin creates one master calendar, but you can create the appearance of multiple calendars by using Event Categories.

    Examples:

There are additional methods and documentation at our Can You Have Multiple Calendars? KB article.

Note that this functionality is available in the free/core version of The Events Calendar. You would only need to buy one of our add-ons if you wanted those extra features (e.g. Map View from Events Calendar PRO).

    ===

Last but not least, we have Bundles and a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Hi, Brandon. The Events Calendar Category Colors exists but is a third-party plugin, not endorsed or supported by us.

I think it’s worth a try. Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

Hi. Your theme has CSS that is targeting the button or its text but not both. Therefore, it sounds like you want to target the button and give it a green background and keep the white text color.

I can’t advise how to do that via CSS without a link to where this is happening.

Hi, Luca. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

Event Tickets Plus (ET+) is our paid add-on plugin that upgrades the functionality of our free Event Tickets (ET) plugin.

Event Tickets Plus enables you to sell tickets via one of our supported eCommerce platforms. The free plugin only enables free RSVP-type tickets.

You can view our roundup/comparison of all the eCommerce plugins ET+ supports.

Our plugin uses your eCommerce plugin of choice, but your eCommerce plugin isn’t displayed for shopping pages. Please reference our Making Tickets KB article (screenshots are from an install using WooCommerce) for an idea how to create tickets for an event.

Site visitors would purchase tickets from each event’s single page/view (e.g. http://wpshindig.com/event/events-tickets-demo/) — if there is an RSVP to submit or ticket to purchase.

The order confirmation email will include a QR code that can be scanned to “check in” someone at the door at the time of the event. It could be displayed on their mobile device or they could print it like any other email. You can read more at Tickets: Managing your orders and attendees.

You could also Display a List of Attendee’s Events.

If your tickets will be free, you don’t need QR code check-in, and you don’t need to collect additional information other than name and email address, you likely could just use the free/core Event Tickets plugin.

Regarding your specific needs, our plugin suite doesn’t do everything you want out of the box, particularly opening in a modal, doing special things based on the quantity being purchased at one time, or creating bundles of tickets to be purchased at one time.

After giving the plugin a try, you could request one or more new features (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

Hi, Silas. There isn’t an HTTPS/SSL option for our plugins because they should work as such if your Site URL and Home URL are both set to HTTPS already.

If this isn’t the case, please share your System Information in a Private Reply.

That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.

    Hi, Laura.

I think there’s another new update. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

Whenever troubleshooting, it’s best to enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).

Please let me know how this goes for you.

Hi, Franky. Thanks for your detailed question.

We just updated Eventbrite Tickets to accommodate some infrastructure changes. I’ve logged your request to enhance visitors’ experience via Eventbrite’s other embed options.

I cannot guarantee if/when such functionality will be released, but it is in the development team’s hands now.

You can choose to use Eventbrite Tickets as-is for now or complete our Refund Request Form and link back to this thread for reference.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions about this topic.

Hi, Adam. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

Yes. You could use one of our plugin’s widgets or shortcodes, available via the free/core version or its Events Calendar PRO upgrade.

Last but not least, we have Bundles and a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

    Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

I visited your link but it says, “Our site is currently down for maintenance.”

This isn’t currently a confirmed issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

Hi. Thanks for your question regarding scanning QR codes.

If you scan a code that was previously successfully scanned, you won’t get a success message. Instead, I think it says it was already scanned in or it just redirects you to the home page. Either way, if it successfully scans, it will show you such a message.

Please let me know if this answers your question.
