KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for considering our products. The Event Tickets Plus doesn’t allow you to do add-ons that affect the price. However, Woocomerce may have extensions that your attendee can do this once its in their cart since the ticket is actually just a woocomerce product. The event ticket will allow the attendee to fill in any details with the custom fields you see fit.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in ourEvents Calendar PRO forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Yes, wordpress will take the source file as the reference so unfortunately you would need to lower the file size of your image since its loading the full size of 2000px as the source.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for considering our products. You can create an RSVP for an event initially and ask for name, email, etc. However the adding a ticket once you have enough RSVP’s would have to be done manually and then you would have to email the attendee with the new info.

KeymasterHi there,
Yes, events can be managed by the user and the admin of the site.

KeymasterHi Dennis,
Thanks for considering our products. Yes, you can search by zip code.

KeymasterHi there,
Yes, this falls out of support and more like customization. I can add this to a different queue if you would like and when they get a chance can maybe help further. Basically its a queue that devs work on when other support tasks are low so I can’t give a time on fast they would be able to get to it.
Let me know.’
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterAwesome! Glad it is working.

KeymasterHi there,
The Events Calendar simply uses the default WordPress Featured Image functionality, so it pulls the same Featured Image size settings that are already on your site.
You can change the settings of your featured images in WordPress under Settings > Media. Change the dimensions of the Medium Size, etc and this will take effect.
Otherwise, yes, CSS would be an alternative and you can target the image container using something like:
.tribe-events-list .tribe-events-event-image { width: 20%; /* or whatever size */ }Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. ?
Cheers!

KeymasterHi there,
I have a few people look at this and based on the information presented, it looks like the hosting environment may be running out of memory or resources intermittently. Since the calendar works most of the time and doesn’t when multiple memory intensive plugins are activated this may be the case. A few things you can try is increasing the php memory. Should be set to at least 256 mb. I would activate all the plugins in your dev site and have your hosting look at the usage on the server and apache logs to see if there is some sign of memory exhaustion.
Let me know what you find.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterAnytime!

KeymasterHi there,
Glad its resolved! Keep an eye on the importer. It should reset after 24 hours to give you 100 available again. If it does not, please let us know.

KeymasterHi, Ian. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
It sounds like you’ve done some great troubleshooting already.
Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue.
If that doesn’t surface any WP_DEBUG error messages, please send over those URLs you’re importing.
If you’d like to keep these URLs just between us, please mark your reply as Private, which can only be done by replying on our forums, not via email reply.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. In regards to imports, you can import 50 at one time with your eventbrite account. So if you have many events you will have to import them in batches of 50. Updating events from the Eventbrite site, won’t update that of your site. However, if you update the event from your site, these changes should be updated in the Eventbrite site.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,
Brendan -
