KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and thank you for your patience while we investigate this. This bug is still under investigation on a fix. Unfortunately I do not have a timeframe but will add this thread to the bug ticket to be notified as soon as we have released a fix.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support.
If you instruct the user to visit the event page where they initially purchased their tickets, they should see a block of text that reads, “You have 2 tickets for this event. View your tickets”. This links to a page where they can edit the attendee information.
More information can be found under the ‘Letting Attendees Edit Their Information‘ section on our Tickets: Managing your orders and attendees Knowledgebase article. Let me know if the user is able to successfully edit their attendee information and take care.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry your client is experiencing issues. We can’t accept the login credentials but there are few things you can try to narrow it down to the issue. You mentioned the permalink was reset so the first thing to do is go into Settings > Permalinks and click “Save” again at the bottom. No need to change anything, just click save. Also, the emails are sent out by the Woocommerce plugin. That being said, after saving the permalink, have your client at a test order to see if they receive the email by going to Woocommerce > Orders > New order and add one of the tickets to the order (they can delete it once tested).
If they receive this email, that should solve the issue. If not have them do the same thing after testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterSorry, not sure why that didn’t go through.
Template is: /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/list/content.php
Thanks,

KeymasterHI there,
I looked at our open bugs and it looks like there is a conflict between Listify and our plugins. I will mark this as a pending fix and we will notify you when a release is available. Unfortunately I do not know when that will be. I would also reach out to the developers of Listify and see if they have a fix for this as well.
Thanks,
Brendan

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for considering our products. Yes, it will still work. What you would do is go into your account and remove the old URL and then go into you WordPress site and go to Events > Settings > Licenses and it will automatically associate your new URL with your license.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Unfortunately their is no way to get around this. Each event is considered a post which will have a unique URL.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for considering our products. Yes, you would use Event Tickets Plus along with woocommerce like you stated. The attendee will get a ticket and then someone would need to collect money when they get there and check them in. Ideally you would want your admin open so you can check them in and see who has paid.
Buying process, would be simply to add ticket and fill in attendee info and then checkout. They will then get the email which can either be printed or left on phone email to scan a QR code to check-in if desired.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Coupons are handled by Woocommerce so it would be configured there. Out of the box, woocommerce does not offer a gateway based discount, but if you search online you can find a few plugins that extend the woocommerce functionality to offer this.
Hope that helps.

KeymasterHi there,
Try running this plugin to check for issues between plugins. Note that its not our plugin and use at your own risk.

Let me know if you find anything.

KeymasterHi there,
I understand, theme issues can be difficult to solve. Our support is extremely limited on 3rd party themes and plugins. Since it works with most major themes its hard to say exactly what the issue could be. Next steps would be to reach out to the theme developer and give them the same example, they may have other reports of thumbnails not working after an update.
Also, if images are not showing up, you may want to install and run the “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin (not our plugin so use at your own risk). However, I would do this in a staging site first as referenced in my first message to ensure it solves the problem.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Not out of the box. You would need to do some custom development to hide portions like this with a code. Its possible but would require custom development.
Thanks,
