KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in ourEvents Calendar PRO forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Thanks for your detailed message.
Please install the Rewrite Rules Inspector plugin (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us) and send me a screenshot of its analysis of https://wesleyanit.wpengine.com/event/pastor-appreciation-2017

KeymasterHi Ingo,
Sorry about that!
In regards to this question, it is possible, but it requires some added code you would put into your functions file. This info is available in the premium forums.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and considering our products. The tickets would need to be separate. You will see that when you go into import, it gives you the option to choose a variety of things, tickets and events being two of them. We also have a guide in our premium support forum which gives examples of various import options.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Can you go into Events > Settings > API and reconnect to your Eventbrite account?
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. On one or more of the events that are not showing up using “Near,” navigate to the event’s venue settings and try checking “use latitude and longitude” and saving. Does this change whether the event shows up?
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. This is a known issue and our devs are currently working on a fix. I am marking this as pending fix and you will be notified as soon as we have pushed out a fix. Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. Issues like this are usually a conflict with the theme or another plugin. Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. I see you are using custom permalinks and the redirection plugin that handles redirects. You may want to check the settings of those plugins. Also, first try going into Settings > Permalinks and click “Save” You don’t need to make any changes, there just click save and see if that works. Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
