KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for considering our products. Tickets are added as woocommerce products so we are good there. In regards to an order, all orders of tickets can be done on the front end. Woocommerce does have the Add order option and you will see your ticket there as an option to add but, it will not allow you to add any of the fields you need for that ticket so essentially it will not fully work. The tickets do have a QR scan so that will be possible as well. We do not have a backed demo but we do offer a 30 day refund.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi! After reviewing your request this essentially looks like a custom development task and so is outside of our stated scope of support.
With that being said, we’d love to help point you in the right direction.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to attempt the results that you are looking for.
For your customization, you may want to take a look at this template:
If you’d prefer not to tackle this customization on your own, we may be able to assist you further. We do need to prioritize support requests from other customers at this time but I’ll certainly flag this with the team and – although we can’t make any promises – if we have time and space to come back and help, we’ll be happy to do so. Please let us know if you’d like to go this route so that you can be added to this queue.
In the meantime, if there is any more information you can share (including mocks) that will help us to better understand what you are seeking please do feel free to add them to this ticket.
If you urgently need help with this, however, you may instead wish to consider working with a suitably skilled developer or designer who can offer the additional level of support you require.
Thanks!
Brendan

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. We are limited on providing support for third party themes and plugins. One way to check if the theme is the problem is to look for a conflict. Can you try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
I see and was able to replicate. I also spoke with devs and they are working to push out a fix. I am marking this as a pending fix and as soon as its released we will notify. Unfortunately I don’t know exactly when that will happen. In the meantime, I raised the capacity to 40 based on your example to get the correct amount again.
Hope that works as a workaround until this is resolved.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. The addon for tickets is the Events Tickets Plus addon. Thats the only one you would need to buy. Just make sure you also have woocommerce installed.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Since the tickets portion are actual products, those need Woocommerce to operate. Can you install Woocommerce and let me know if that fixes the issue?
Thanks,

Thanks for emailing support. I’m not sure if this is a bug yet, but can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in ourEvents Calendar PRO forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.
Thanks,
