Hello,
We have some presale questions for our woocommerce driven ticketshop holidayboxoffice.com
Currently we are using Foo events as Woocommerce add-on for ticket sales. This looked a good working solution but since our 2018 season started and extra extensions are added it shows shortcomings.
What we need (technical minimum requirements) are for the follIowing configuration:
* events must be added as ‘woocommerce products’. We are using the plugin ‘products bundle’ to create packages what includes multiple events (the events are woocommerce product based).
* the events must be orderable through the front of the webshop (what is currently no problem with Foo events) but also (required!) through the woocommerce backend. With our current plugin we discovered that this isn’t possible. We can add as ticketshop admin phone orders for new ticket order through the backoffice of the Foo-events plugin. But this doesn’t work for our multiple POS devices we are using (by using the Woocommerce POS pro plugin) and a dedicated developed iOS app for our streetsellers using the Woocommerce API. It’s a strict requirement that we should can create a new ticket order by adding ‘New order’ in the Woocommerce backend.
* The sold tickets must be able to scan with a iOS app for entree control (but as far I read your website that isn’t any problem)Is this all possible with your plugin and if so: can we use a demo installation or trial to test in in our staging shop?
If your plugin can meet these requirements we’re happy to move from Foo-events to your plugin.

Where I wrote ‘events’ I mean tickets. Basicly: every ticket what gives access to an event should be configured as a woocommerce product.

Thanks for considering our products. Tickets are added as woocommerce products so we are good there. In regards to an order, all orders of tickets can be done on the front end. Woocommerce does have the Add order option and you will see your ticket there as an option to add but, it will not allow you to add any of the fields you need for that ticket so essentially it will not fully work. The tickets do have a QR scan so that will be possible as well. We do not have a backed demo but we do offer a 30 day refund.
Thanks,

This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
