installed ECpro, then ETpro, still not able to create a ticket? tried turning off all plugins, different theme etc.? Using Avada Theme and the latest WP version
Thanks for emailing support. Since the tickets portion are actual products, those need Woocommerce to operate. Can you install Woocommerce and let me know if that fixes the issue?
