Can't enter event cost anymore

Hello,
The field to enter the cost for events has disappeared since adding the Eventbrite Tickets addon. There is only a box to connect the event to eventbrite.

I am just curious as to why I haven’t received any assistance with this? It is a 3 day old post and I am seeing questions posted today receiving assistance. Is there not a queue or line of order to receiving help?

Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. Sorry, we have had an influx of bug tickets and trying to get everything resolved. I think I replied to your other one as well. In any case, Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
