KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Unfortunately there isn’t a work around for recurring events with tickets. You would have to create them as separate events and tickets. You can save the ticket fields to re-use those.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Paul,
Sorry, I meant we are not allowed to log into customer accounts. Can you send me a screenshot of this page? Go to Events > Settings > Community

KeymasterHi there,
So digging into this we see that the authorization is getting stuck in a loop. Looks like a fix has been made but still needs to be verified it works and released here shortly. I don’t know the exact timeframe the fix will be released but I am marking this ticket as pending fix so you are notified as soon as its complete.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
We can definitely address this at our WordPress.org support forum.
Thanks so much!

KeymasterHi there,
Once you install and Activate them, go into Events > Settings > Licenses and insert the license key found in your account at My Account > License Keys.

KeymasterHey there and thanks for getting in touch!
We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.
If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our WordPress.org support forum.
Or, if you already have an active license for one of premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?
Thanks so much!

KeymasterHi there,
Sometimes the Locale gets mixed up. To check, navigate to your WP Admin > Events > Settings > Imports tab, then select the correct Eventbrite Locale and click “Save Changes”.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Yes, sorry for the confusion. If you are trying to import events from eventbrite then you need a valid Event aggregator license. If you want to push events from your site to eventbrite you need to setup the second part which is at the bottom of that API page.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Lou,
Unfortunately we would not be able to install this anywhere since we do not have an environment setup. But I can wait for the results.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Chad,
Yes, you can narrow it down to show just a category with the shortcode. You can use the shortcodes on any page or post but keep in mind you can only use one shortcode per page/post.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Events Calendar Pro offers more functionality and more views (ie map view). Not necessarily theme’s but you will have access to theming guides to customize the look but this would require additional coding.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Avada can be tricky since you have to use the !important class on css styling sometimes. If you have go into Avada > Theme Options > Events Calendar and set the settings there, those colors should take precedence if you have “Full Styles” selected in Events > Settings > Display.
If that doesn’t work, you can always have a customizer help you. View Customizers here
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Technically you only need the Events Calendar and Event Aggregator. We do not have a trial version of the Event Aggregator but we do offer a 30 day refund for whatever reason in case it doesn’t work as planned.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. You can only setup one calendar per site. You can setup different categories for each type of event.

KeymasterHi there,
It looks like its not working with this theme. One thing you can do is reach out to theme developer. Unfortunately we do not have a support level that handles 3rd party themes or plugins. Best is to search for a popular theme. Most popular themes have the proper coding standards to work with our plugins.
Thanks,
