Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support. Looks like something may be missing. I would say reinstall WordPress by going to Dashboard > Updates > Re-install. If that does work, can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!

so i changed themes a few times and that went away. only trouble is i like this theme the most 🙂

Its hard with 3rd party themes because our support is limited. You can try uploading the theme here in a private reply and I can see if I find anything on our dev site.

It looks like its not working with this theme. One thing you can do is reach out to theme developer. Unfortunately we do not have a support level that handles 3rd party themes or plugins. Best is to search for a popular theme. Most popular themes have the proper coding standards to work with our plugins.
