search near location not working

in the “near” field, when i type city or state, no events are returned – which is incorrect.

both both the Javascript API and the Google Maps Geocoding API have been enabled as far as i can tell.

the theme being used is divi. the site is live and our festival is next week, things are too busy to disable the site.

any help or pointers would be appreciated.

Hi there,

Thanks for emailing support and sorry you are having issues. On one or more of the events that are not showing up using “Near,” navigate to the event’s venue settings and try checking “use latitude and longitude” and saving. Does this change whether the event shows up?
