ParticipantMy clients are using the Events Tickets Plus and there is an issue w/ one of the events and the tickets they are selling. I will say that my client did change the permalink and since then it seems that the issue has arisen. Here’s what the client says..
“I received the PayPal notification, the customer did as well. But he didn’t receive the ticket confirmation with the barcode. He said used the same email and got the Paypal confirmation so don’t think it’s an issue of wrong or misspelled email. Right now, I’m checking Paypal activity to track WIP sales, my Paypal account says 4 combo tickets were bought for 6/20 event, (8 total), and events tickets reports only 1 combo sold (see attached attendee list and Paypal order list). Also, it does not reflect these tickets sold on the website.
This seems to be an issue with Paypal and the plugin communicating. Can we check to see if it’s bc of the changed permalink? (6/18 date changed to 6/20?)”
Do you know what this might be? Do you need login credentials to help investigate? Any help is apprectiated.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support and sorry your client is experiencing issues. We can’t accept the login credentials but there are few things you can try to narrow it down to the issue. You mentioned the permalink was reset so the first thing to do is go into Settings > Permalinks and click “Save” again at the bottom. No need to change anything, just click save. Also, the emails are sent out by the Woocommerce plugin. That being said, after saving the permalink, have your client at a test order to see if they receive the email by going to Woocommerce > Orders > New order and add one of the tickets to the order (they can delete it once tested).
If they receive this email, that should solve the issue. If not have them do the same thing after testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
Thanks,

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
