Cannot send Email confirmation

Hi,
We are using Sydney theme with Mailgun to manage Emails sending.
In Events calendar, after the participant register for an event (any event) we have the following error message: “There was a problem sending the email confirmation. Please contact the site administrator to confirm your registration”
And no Email confirmation is sent.
We checked our account Mailgun, everything is all right, we have done the Mailgun test in WordPress, the Emails are sent. It seems that Events Calendar does not send Emails !! Do you have any issue reported regarding Mailgun set up with Events calendar ? do yo have any instructions on how to make Mailgun and Events calendar work together so that we send Email properly.
