KeymasterHey there and thanks for getting in touch!
We’d be happy to help — but I do want to note that our pre-sales forum is used to answer questions about purchasing our premium plugins.
If you’re looking for technical support, it would be awesome if you could post your question to our WordPress.org support forum.
Or, if you already have an active license for one of premium plugins, will you please log into your account and post your topic to our premium support forum instead?
Thanks so much!
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Unfortunately there is no way to conditionally require this. Not to say its not possible, it sure is but would require a lot of added development to accomplish this.

KeymasterHi there,
You would need The Events Calendar Pro for this.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for emailing support. Displaying the whole event isn’t possible without completely recoding the template. In regards to sorting, this is possible with an adding function to your theme’s function.php file.

KeymasterHi there,
It should work but we do offer a 30 day refund if it does not. Let us know how it goes.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for considering our products. Each event can have multiple tickets but unfortunately only one time slot. You would have to create separate events with the different time slots.

KeymasterHi Cherie,
Thanks for considering our products. The only way to accomplish this would be to add a dropdown field when you create the ticket. That way when someone wants to buy, they can then select what table they want to sit at.
We do offer fre e plugins for certain types of non-profits. These plugins do not come with premium support so if you need on going support, its best to buy the plugin.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for considering our products. Out of the box no, but as a workaround you can look to add a woocommerce extension for add on products during checkout.

KeymasterHi there,
If your license has expired and you do not have access to that account, simply create a new account to purchase a brand new license. Then, go into wp-admin > Events > Setttings > Licenses and add this new license to your site.

KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks for considering our products. In regards to 1, this is not possible without doing some major customization. 2, same thing, possible but would require some major coding of our theme. 3, yes archiving is possible and we have an extension for this. 4, yes, we have a WPML extension for this as well. 5, Location search works for state as well or city. So if someone searches “New York” it will show all the events in New York.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi there,
Will do!

KeymasterHi there,
It looks like a release on the Event Tickets plugin.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Its not really an issue with updating since this is just standard for WordPress. Fit depends on your theme so you may have to play around with different sizes to see what looks best. In regards to file size, you want your images as small as possible. Best is to keep images below 200kb in size.
Thanks,
