Renew license

Hi, we are trying to renew a license for our website. We don’t have an account number because the license was purchased by a third party. Can you please help?

Hi there,

If your license has expired and you do not have access to that account, simply create a new account to purchase a brand new license. Then, go into wp-admin > Events > Setttings > Licenses and add this new license to your site.
