KeymasterHi Tiina,
Adding this to your style.css as well should help you achieve what you want.
table.tribe-events-tickets-rsvp > tbody > tr:first-child {
display: none;
}
Does this help? Let me know.Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHey Kimberly,
Sure thing. Head over here, this is a dev site I use.
http://tec.andrasguseo.com/events/community/addThis includes the Community Events plugin as well as Events Calendar Pro.
Without Events Calendar Pro:
- you would not have the event recurrence rules
- you wouldn’t be able to create the Additional fields
I hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi sparxoo,
Yes, it should go to the functions.php file.
Can you share the contents of your functions.php file with me somehow? I can try to take a look at it if there is anything amiss.
Also it would be great if you could share your system information with me for that. There are 2 ways to do this:
- The easy way, if you already updated to version 4.3 is go to Events > Help , and tick the ‘Yes, automatically share…‘ checkbox (and save).
https://cloudup.com/cBTqMAodP6E - Or you can follow this guide, which takes a bit more time:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Looking forward!
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHey Rob,
Yeah, I believe everything should go smoothly.
For reference, here is a guide on how to make the transfer as seamless as possible.

KeymasterHey Scott,
Thanks for using our plugins and being so up-to-date with them! Super cool!
Let me help you with your EA related issue. Firstly, thanks for reporting back that bug!
The codebase for Event Aggregator is embedded in The Events Calendar plugin. There is no separate plugin for EA. It is also there is you don’t have a license for it, and without the license it will basically gives you the same import capabilities as the _old_ TEC did. If you decide to get a license, then you will get all the funky features of EA.
As for the warning message, yes, most probably it is a stray reference which didn’t get changed / removed in the process. I will file a ticket for that so the devs can deal with it.
So EA will be there, with limited functionality. It shouldn’t really influence the workings of Event Tickets and ET Plus.
To _keep things clean_ I would like to ask you to open a new ticket for your ET / ET+ issues and provide there some details. One of our support guysΒ will jump on is as soon as possible and will help you out. (Might be me, who knows…)
Does the above answer your questions? Is there anything else?
Thanks and cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHey Joseph,
Thanks for reaching out with your issue and thanks for submitting your system information.
Based on that I see that you are using the Divi Builder plugin and a different theme (not Divi).
Can you please clarify what was switched off and which theme you were using to test. Recommendation would be to deactivate all plugins except for the Modern Tribe ones, Divi Builder and switch to a default theme like twentysixteen .
Can you confirm you did this, or could you please check it this way and let me and confirm the issue exists?
Also would be great if you could share a direct link to the exact page where you are experiencing this.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHey Jon,
Thanks for using our plugins and for reaching out! I’m sorry you are having an issue with stockkeeping.
Yes, we are aware of this bug and it is on our fix-list. It has already been assigned to a developer, however I don’t see any delivery date yet.
Today we have launched version 4.3 which is a feature release focusing more on new features and a bit on bugfixing. The next maintenance release where the fix for this issue will most probably be released is due in a couple of weeks.
I’m sorry, I cannot give you a more specific release date at the moment.
You can read more about our release schedule here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/release-schedule/Thanks for your patience and let me know if I can help you with anything else.
Cheers,

KeymasterHey Tiina,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums! Let me answer your questions.
1. How can I hide the RSVP Going / Not going feature? If they register in the first place, they are going to the event. Itβs unnecessary to ask that.
Paste this snippet to your child theme’s style.css file which will hide that row. The default value of it is “Going”, so that’s going to be submitted:
.tribe-tickets-table .tribe-tickets-order_status-row {
display: none;
}
tr.tribe-tickets-meta-row {
display: table-row !important;
}The second part of the css you will need for your second question.
2. Is there a way to limit the RSVP to only 1 person per form submission? They only need to register themselves, not others.
Paste this code in your functions.php file:
function cliff_rsvp_default_quantity() {
wp_enqueue_script( 'jquery' );
?>
<script type="text/javascript">
jQuery(document).ready( function () {
jQuery( 'input.tribe-ticket-quantity' ).val( 1 ).prop( 'readonly', true );
});
</script>
<?php
}
add_action( 'wp_head', 'cliff_rsvp_default_quantity' );
Let me know how this works out.Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHello again Jerry Lee,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry you are experiencing this issue with the attendee information. Let me help you with that.
If I understand correctly, than a user bought 3 tickets, but you only received 1 attendee information.
In this case what could have happened is, the user went on the event page, added one ticket with attendee info, and added it to the cart.
Then on the cart page the user changed her / his mind and increased the ticket number to 3. However on the cart page the attendee information fields do not appear, thus s/he couldn’t have entered the info.
That is a glitch we know about. What you can do to prevent this is to disable changing the ticket numbers on the cart page, so users would only be able to add tickets from the event page.
I hope this sheds some light on the case. Let me know if this helps.
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHey Allison,
Thanks for reaching out and for your vote on our UserVoice page.
Unfortunately we don’t have a snippet to hide the empty tags in the filterbar.
If you need help with this customization you could get in touch with one of the nice people on the below list. They are well known names in the community who are not affiliated with us and can be hired for such work.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
I hope this helps and I’m sorry I cannot be of much assistance in this matter.
Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Cheers,
