    Hi there! I have renewals due in 7 days on my EC-Pro and and my Events-Tickets-Plus and I plan to renew them but I’m concerned about changing the plugins (from Woo to ETP) in the middle of a campaign.

    I have events planned until October 24th – Will I lose functionality if I renew after that date?

    OK.. so I’ve renewed my licences but obviously can’t renew the WooCommerce one. Will this licence running out affect the WooCommerce plugin working?

    Hey Rob,

    Thanks for using our plugins and for reaching out with your question.

    You wouldn’t lose anything if you should decide that you want to renew after the license has expired. But I’m happy to see you already did renew.

    For future reference on license renewal I reco this article:

    The validity of the license (of our plugins) does not affect the working of the plugins. They will keep working as intended, you will just not be able to receive updates and premium support. So even if your ET Pro license runs out, you will still be able to use it with WooCommerce.

    In time though, if you don’t update for a loooooooong time, you might lose compatibility.
