We’ve now got the auto ticket send function working nicely, but just a concern is when logged into the wordpress backend under: ‘Woocommerce – Orders’ I see that even though a customer paid for the tickets and already received their tickets automatically, the notification on the far left still says ‘Processing’ and not ‘Complete’?? very strange as I have both settings set to Autocomplete both under: ‘Woocommerce – Settings – Extra Options – Autocomplete Orders – Any Order (!!!) and then also set to auto complete under: ‘Events – Settings – Tickets – Woocommerce Support – Try to set the status of new ticket orders to “complete” automatically – ticked yes’
I have no custom coding for autocomplete on the system and nothing added to the ‘functions.php’
Please can you confirm if I should just ignore that or click the ‘tick’ icon to the right of each order to change from ‘Processing to Complete’ (even though the ticket has been sent automatically already before doing this) – I just don’t want the customer to get duplications??
