Tickets not reducing on some events

    Hi

    I have spotted an issue with some events tickets not reducing. Check out the screen grab and you can see that we have 10 tickets as stock, 2 have been sold but it is still showing 10 available both in the backend and the live page.

    I noticed this on an event we had yesterday where we had a stock of 33, 18 were sold but was still showing 33.
    Payments are all cleared from Paypal so I don’t think that is the issue. This is only happening on some events and no sales reduce the totals.

    Am using Events Tickets Plus 4.2.7

    I noticed another member mentioning this and the reply was that this bug is scheduled in the next maintenance release. They then gave a link to a release but I can not see any notes about this fix.

    This is a major issue for me as have just launched the site for a client, if events are over sold then we have a Health and Safety issue.

    Please can you let me know if plugin version 4.2.7.1 fixes this issue and if not when can we expect the fix?

    Hey Jon,

    Thanks for using our plugins and for reaching out! I’m sorry you are having an issue with stockkeeping.

    Yes, we are aware of this bug and it is on our fix-list. It has already been assigned to a developer, however I don’t see any delivery date yet.

    Today we have launched version 4.3 which is a feature release focusing more on new features and a bit on bugfixing. The next maintenance release where the fix for this issue will most probably be released is due in a couple of weeks.

    I’m sorry, I cannot give you a more specific release date at the moment.
