KeymasterHi lumile,
Thanks for reaching out!
While our compatibility with WMPL has improved a lot lately, there are still some issues that need to be ironed out. I recommend going through this article as well:
I tried to check your site but it is password protected.
Could you send me an example of what is happening with a url in one and then the other language?
I also see that your permalink is like “http://domain.com.ar/%category%/%postname%”
Have you tried: “http://domain.com.ar/%postname%”
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Jason,
Thanks for reaching out!
Sorry to hear about your issues.
Eventbrite option is not showing in the toolbar under “Events -> Import”
That is right. It has been moved under Events > Import in an effort to streamline our plugin making all imports accessible on the same screen.
the import is formatting strange and not pulling the featured image
Yup, I’m sad to share that these are bugs in the plugin. We have both already ticketed and on increased priority. I also flagged these now to my manager to give it some push. I hope we can deliver a fix for both soon.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll help you out.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHi guys,
I’m sorry for the somewhat longer waiting time. We are experiencing an higher than usual load in our help desk. We have all hands on deck to ensure everyone gets an answer as soon as possible.
Sorry to hear about that issue with the QR code app and the key.
I had a similar case before. What helped, after setting up the api key is exiting the application and even removing it from the running apps, so it’s not running in the background.
Then start the application again.
Please check if this does the trick for you and let me know.
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterGrüezi Zora,
Thanks for getting in touch!
I believe setting it up like this would do the trick:

Let me know if that works.

KeymasterHello there,
Thanks for getting in touch.
Could you please give me step by step instructions on what exactly you are doing so I can try to recreate the issue on my end? Something like:
- Create an event with a ticket that has a single capacity of 20
- go to the front end and purchase 1 ticket
- on the WooCommerce orders page open the order for the purchase and set its status to cancelled
- …
Also, this knowledgebase article might give you some useful information for the case.
Cheers,

KeymasterHello Stéphane,
Thanks for using our plugins and for reaching out!
Sorry to hear about this glitch.
To have a better picture of this issue could you please share with me some screenshots as well? Maybe a URL where this is visible live?
Also please share your system information with me in a private reply.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHi Albert,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Sorry to hear about this issue. I saw your other thread with Sky that got closed.
This is a bug we know about. We have it ticketed and our developers will take a look at it soon. I will add your voice to the ticket.
What one other user reported is:
“We are currently using PayPal as our only payment processor and I believe I may have isolated the issue. It only seems to occur when IPN and PDT payment notifications are received simultaneously (see attached image).”
Check if the case is similar for you.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll help you out.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHello melbournedigital,
Thanks for reaching out!
I think I understand what you are trying to achieve here, however I’m not familiar with the content restriction plugin you are using, and how it is set up.
If you can give me a rundown on how that plugin works and how the restrictions are set up, accompanied by screenshots, I might be able to help you.
Cheers,
AndrasA sidenote, I see you are using the plugin called Updater, which does “Automatically check and update WordPress website core with all installed plugins and themes to the latest versions.”
While this might look like a good feature and can save you some work, if by any chance a plugin update contains a bug – yes, it can happen, despite the best efforts of every developer – then the website might crash automatically.
To our users we recommend using a staging site to test the changes before updating the plugins on a live site.

KeymasterHi again Jerry,
Poking around your site, I’m coming to the conclusion that Event Calendar PRO may simply be incompatible with Gutenberg.
I reached out to our Gutenberg-team and they indeed did confirm that the extension is not yet compatible with EC PRO yet, only with The Events Calendar.
We do plan to make the rest of our plugins compatible with Gutenberg as the next step (release 2). However first we have to wait for the launch of WP 5.0 and see how that goes.
So yeah, its on the roadmap, but no fixed ETA yet.
Hope this helps.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHI again,
I tried to import your database to fire up a test site but there was an error. The end of your db export contains some html markup and content, not sure what.
Could you please try to do another export and share?
Thanks,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterYou’re very welcome Steve!
Since this is marked resolved I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please create a new ticket and we’ll be happy to help.

KeymasterHi Anaiis,
Unfortunately your screenshots didn’t come through. If you sent them as an email attachment, then they got discarded.
I would kindly like to ask you to upload them directly to the helpdesk thread.
Thanks,
Andras

KeymasterAh okay, that explains why I didn’t see it. I see it also with less wide view.
It looks like we have a bug on our hand. I will ticket this so our developers can take a look.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll help you out.
Thanks and cheers,
