    Hi, We have your Event Calendar and Event Ticket module, and also recently purchased the Event Ticket Plus version as well.
    When trying to go into the Events admin screen, the system just goes int processing mode and it takes almost two minutes before it displays the list of Events. Even trying to get into each individual screens. Looking into the error logs I see the following errors:

    Looks like the system goes into some kind of loop. I have tried following your support’s recommendation in regards to fixing a redirecting issue, by checking the .htaccess logs and setting up the WP_SITEURL and WP_HOME constants in the config files, but still the issue remains.

    I have tried troubleshooting to isolate the issue and have confirmed the issue is within the Event Ticket module. If I downgrade the Event Ticket module to 4.4, the problem is alleviated, but on higher versions, the issue occurs. We can’t have it taking so long to do things.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Sorry to hear about this issue with the loading time.

    In your system information I see that you are using a very old version of Events Calendar PRO. You have 4.4.19 and we are at 4.4.31.

    As a first I would like to ask you to update the plugin to the lastest version and see if that solves the issue.

    The other option would be deactivating Events Calendar PRO and checking like that.

    If that still doesn’t help, then please go through our conflict testing guide and see if that brings anything to the surface.

    Hi, Thanks for the response. I’ve tried stripping the site of active plugins and used the Health Check plugin to check the system response as I turned plugins on one by one. The first plugin enabled was The Events Calendar plugin which functioned as expected. Then I enabled the Event Tickets plugin, and the lagging issue started to occur with the preloader keep spinning after clicking on the Events menu item to bring up the events list. So just two plugins and so that’s why I think the issue is within the Event Ticket module. There’s some logic there that keeps throwing the plugin into a loop after clicking on the ‘Events’ menu time, which takes about a few minutes before the table listing is displayed. The display is excruciatingly long and seems to have no alternative. Please let me know as to the next steps we need to take to rectify this issue as soon as possible. Thanks!

    Thank you Andras. I have attached our database dump to this email for your reference. BTW, I tried to take a copy of the site to an Amazon EC2 (Cloud Server) and see if the same issue occurs. I found out the issue was not existent. So why is it happening on a host server on GoDaddy and not on Amazon EC2 stance? All the resources seem to be stable so I’m not sure.

    Thanks for your patience, while I was looking into this!

    It looks like we got something. You have a lot of attendees it seems – which is fine – and the event list page takes long because it wants to count all those and show it to you in a column.

    We are going to take a look at that, how this can be made faster. I already added your voice to the corresponding bugticket.

    Until then there are 2 things you can do.

    You can either try to add this line to your child theme’s functions.php file, which will remove some of the columns:

    add_filter( 'tribe_tickets_supported_admin_columns', '__return_empty_array' );

    I just tested this latter and it worked like a charm.

    Please note, Advanced Post Manager will only work if you have Events Calendar PRO as well. I just realized you probably don’t have that.

    Hi Andras, Thank you for the suggestions. The two solutions may have marginally helped, but still takes a bit of time to load when clicking on the ‘Events’ menu option. I’m hoping you guys would have a long term solution soon enough, but at least it’s not as bad as it was previously. Thanks again for your help.

    You should see a big improvement here with the latest versions.
