We only received a copy of your theme with which we cannot reproduce the issue. I asked for an export of the theme global options to see if any difference, but we haven’t received them.
Also, were you able to get in touch with the theme authors about the issue?

Thanks for confirming that the fix works for you.
As for the percentage issue, I’m not able to reproduce on my end. Could you please share with us, in a private reply if you’d like, a screenshot of the ticket editor when editing one of those events you are having problems with?
I need to see the tickets for that event so I can try to reproduce the exact same scenario.
Also, please share with us the link to that event so we can have as reference.
