Hello, all! As per the thread here, I ran an update of The Events Calendar Pro, and the Photo View is STILL broken after running the maintenance update.
Here is a link to the events view…
http://slideluck.com/events/There are two events, but they are appearing on top of each other.
This is a MAJOR issue for us right now… Is there anything I can do for a temporary fix while you work out the issue?
March 10, 2017 at 9:14 am #1252480CourtneyMemberHi Ernest
I just loaded your site and tested it in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft browsers. From my end, it looks okay. I did have to do a hard refresh (ctrl/cmd reload). I tested http://slideluck.com/events/?tribe_event_display=past specifically to see more events.
Can you clear your cache locally and see if you get the same results?
Keep me posted please.
Thanks,
Courtney 🙂March 10, 2017 at 9:40 am #1252489ejimfordParticipantYeah, I actually had to revert back to version 4.3.5 because the client was doing a big promotion. That’s where it starts working again. I’m attaching a screenshot of what it looked like when I switched over to 4.4.4 for a moment. Its the same way it looked on the previous version of the plugin release. No difference at all. 🙁
Would be happy to work with you all on this if you want me to get you access to a dev site with the newer versions installed. But the issue persists.
March 11, 2017 at 1:12 pm #1252959Kirsten MillerParticipantI’m getting the same problem on https://www.kiamiller.com/events/photo/. There’s a brief flash of the proper event layout, and then it all collapses and you only see one event. I’m working through troubleshooting it now. I discovered a JS error in my theme, but fixing that didn’t change things. I have a bunch of template customizations so I’m going to try doing the turn-off-everything and so on. If I find a resolution, I’ll let you know here. ([email protected], logged in on Kia’s account.)
March 11, 2017 at 1:28 pm #1252963Kirsten MillerParticipantOkay, it was definitely a theme issue in my case, so I’m working on modifying my modifications, as it were.
March 13, 2017 at 6:16 am #1253246CourtneyMemberGlad you found the conflict 🙂
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Courtney
March 13, 2017 at 7:33 am #1253283ejimfordParticipantWell, shoot. @Kia, I’m glad you figured it out. Do you know what the conflict was with your theme? Maybe something similar is happening on my theme.
@Courtney… Is there a known conflict that I might be able to address? The theme I have is custom-built from basic underscores. Something I should look at to start the debug process?Cheers!
March 13, 2017 at 9:40 am #1253364CourtneyMember@ejimford is there a chance you can make this live on a staging site? It’d really help us to take a look at it in the broken state.

March 15, 2017 at 8:57 am #1254500ejimfordParticipantSure thing! I just set up a staging site at:
http://dev.slideluck.com/events/That site has the 4.4.4 version of both plugins activated. Thanks for the help!
March 22, 2017 at 8:28 am #1258046CourtneyMemberThanks @ejimford
Just dropping a note to say that I did file the bug report on this issue. I’m waiting for news to know when this will be resolved in a maintenance release. We’ll alert you here when that happens.
