MemberHi Lindsey!
Thanks for reaching out to us and for using our plugins! 🙂
Unfortunately, there is no built in way to do this, so you would have to do a customization to achieve that.
While we are limited in the support we can give on customizations, we do like helping out, so I will point you in the right direction to achieve that.
You can do a template override by doing this:
- Copy the content of the template file located in /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/month/single-event.php
- Create a folder in your theme’s folder named tribe-events and inside it another folder named month.
- Inside that month folder, create a file called single-event.php and paste all the content from the file before.
Then, you should modify this file code by changing line 196 and eliminating the ‘a’ tag like this
<h3 class="tribe-events-month-event-title"><?php echo $title ?></h3>

If you want to add that checkbox you would have to make a customization. There is a great themer’s guide that will show you the basics on how to to that with our plugins > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Something you might want to check is an option from WooCommerce that lets you add a similar checkbox when checking out. You can find it in WooCommerce > Settings > ‘Checkout’ tab and under Checkout Pages you’ll see the option to select a Terms and Conditions page. See here > https://cloudup.com/crqtJjanhkV
I hope that helps. Let me know if any other question.

MemberHi Jonathan!
Thanks for reaching out to us and for using our plugins! ?
The issue you are having is because the Yoast SEO plugin inserts a few extra columns in the events list, so it leaves little room for all the information to display properly. It is not exactly a bug but more of a default behaviour from that plugin.
Fortunately, there is a rather easy thing you can do here. On the top of the page you will find the Screen Options tab where you can choose which columns to show in your lists. See here > https://cloudup.com/cPCHTbTOWmm
I hope that works for you. Let me know if any other questions.

MemberHi Jordan!
Thanks for reaching out to us and for using our plugins! 🙂
Event Aggregator is an already bundled importing tool of The Events Calendar 4.3 and above. So you won’t need to download or install any additional plugins.
To make use of your Event Aggregator license you will only need to input your license key. After that, you will be available to import from more sources (including Facebook and iCalendar) and can set up automatic scheduled imports. You can find all your licenses here > https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
Also, there is a great article on Event Aggregator for first time users here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-aggregator/
I hope that helps and feel free to ask any other questions.

MemberHi Shen!
Thanks for reaching out to us! I am sorry you are having this issue.
I could not reproduce the error you are having. Which is the server error you are having? What steps did you follow that resulted in the error?
This could be related to a plugin or theme conflict, so could you please go through the complete steps in this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
and let me know what you can find in the process?
Also, when coming back, could you please share with us your system info by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thanks!

MemberHi Dominic!
Thanks for reaching out to us and for using our plugins! 🙂
The function you are referring to is tribe_events_after_html() and you can find it in yoursite/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/default-template.php
I guess you can achieve what you want to do by making a template override or some kind of customization. There is a great article about Customizing Template Files here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Also, there is an extension you should check that will allow you to selectively show the “HTML before / after content” here > https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/display-custom-html-specific-calendar-views/
I hope that helps! Let me know if any other questions.

March 27, 2017 at 5:17 am in reply to: Autoptimize cause an issue with the last release (4.4.5) #1260315Victor
MemberHi Emanuele!
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’m really sorry you are having this issue.
This seems to be a JavaScript issue. The Events Calendar JavaScript files are already minified so you don’t need to minify them using the Autoptimize plugin. We’ve had several reports before on issues when minifying our scripts, so I would recommend you try excluding our files from being minified and see if that solves the issue.
Another thing to try would be to clear the cache for all minified scripts. I think Autoptimize has that option.
Let me know how it goes and if you have other questions.

MemberHi Brian!
I’m writing to let you know that this bug has already been fixed, but will be available in the plugin package in our next maintenance release.
In the meantime, the workaround would be to change a few lines of code in Report.php file located at yoursite/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/WooCommerce/Orders/Report.php
In lines 90, 92 and 120 you should change the string
'event-tickets'and replace it with'event-tickets-plus'Let me know how that goes and if you have any questions.

MemberHi Anne!
I’m really sorry I misunderstood what you meant. I didn’t understand the first time what you meant here “I do not want to change the main setting for displaying recurring events.”
Unfortunately, that is not something you can easily configure with a shortcode. You would have to go for a customization here.
While we don’t support customizations, I would like to help you out and at least give you a posible approach. I will reach the team and try to come up with a solution for you but it may take a day or more depending on the amount of work we have, so please hang in there.
Thanks!

MemberHey Brian!
Thanks for coming back and sending the above screenshot!
I found a small bug relating to a few strings that have the wrong text domain, so the translation strings are missing in the corresponding .pot files.
I have already reached the team and they will update the .pot files shortly in the repository so you’ll be able to get new working ones.
Please let me know which language you need the translation for and I’ll be happy to send it to you as soon as they are available.
Thanks!

MemberHey Robert!
Sure, by deleting the ticket from the event then the stock goes back up. But not deleting the order from WooCommerce. Still, you’ll have to do that manually.
There is a great article on Managing your orders and attendees here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberHey Robb!
I’m glad to be of help here!
Unfortunately, for your last question, there is no shortcode to achieve that. You would have to make a customization which I don’t find so easy in that particular case. But there is a great article on how to customize template files that you may want to check if you haven’t already done so > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
I hope that helps and do come back if you have any other questions.

MemberHi Robert!
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’m happy to help! 🙂
That is a default behaviour from WooCommerce and Event tickets pulls that information from there.
It may not make much sense not increasing the stock when an order has been cancelled when selling tickets. But if you are selling products that you ship to customers, the reason to cancel an order could be it never arrived or it was broken, so that would diminish the stock.
There is no default way to automatically increase the stock when cancelling and order that I’m aware of. There is a plugin that claims to do just that, but it seems outdated so you can give it a try and see if it works > https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-auto-restore-stock/
I hope that helps. Let me know if any other questions.

MemberHi Anne!
Thanks for reaching out to us! I am happy to help! 🙂
If you want to show a list of events for one category you can use a shortcode like this >
[tribe_events view="list" category="barbecue"]You can find all the options for this shortcode in the following article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
If you want to limit the list views to only show the first instance of a recurring event, you can go to Events > Settings > General and enable the Recurring event instances checkbox. You can find out more about this feature and others for recurring events here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/#display
I hope that helps and let me know if any other questions.

MemberHi Brian!
Thanks for reaching out to us and letting us know about this! 🙂
I’m mostly sure you are using old translation files. I did find the string “Buy a license for the Event Aggregator service to access additional import features.” to be translatable in the Tribe Common repository here http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects/tribe-common. So you should update your translation files with the new ones in that link.
I don’t know exactly where the “Orders” string you mention is to be found, could you send me a screenshot of where that is? That way I can point you to the exact translation file you need to update.
Let me know how that goes.
Best!
