MemberHi Chris!
I’d be happy to help here! 🙂
Those links you are using are embed links and will not work for Event Aggregator. You will need to get the iCal address for the calendar you are trying to import.
You should go to the calendar settings in your Google Calendar and under calendar details you should see the Calendar Address. There you should be able to click the ICAL (green) button and it will show you the proper url to use as import source. Here’s what you should see in the calendar settings >Â https://cloudup.com/cSnwmSopkZX
I hope that helps! Let me know how it goes.

MemberHi Jeremy!
Thanks for reaching out to us! 🙂
I’d be happy to help you with those issues.
This is the error we are seeing – https://www.dropbox.com/s/3x1hqxacty2svr9/Screenshot%202017-06-20%2012.22.24.png?dl=0
You are getting this error because you did not enter a name and email address for the RSVP. Those fields are required to RSVP (even if you are logged in) , but somehow they are not showing before the “Confirm RSVP” button. This might be caused by a Javascript issue, so could you please see if there are any console errors by inspecting the page? Here’s how to do that >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/. Let me know if you see any errors.
It’s as if the Event isn’t recognizing them as logged in, even though they are. If you aren’t logged in, it tells you to login first.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/fysvoaycbe6czdz/Screenshot%202017-06-20%2012.24.56.png?dl=0To allow non logged in users to RSVP you should go to Events > Settings > Tickest tab and under Login requirements uncheck the option Require users to log in before they RSVP. See here > https://cloudup.com/cdGx0hreMJq
On a side note, the Google map doesn’t show up unless you are logged in as Admin as I am here –
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ox0ve47fifipa7x/Screenshot%202017-06-20%2012.25.55.png?dl=0This seems strange. Could you please provide me with a link to that page? This way I can have a closer look at it and see if I can spot the problem.
I hope all that helps! Let me know how that goes and if you have other questions.

MemberHi Laura! 🙂
I’d be happy to help here!
If you want to customize the title tag you can do so by using one of the snippets provided here >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-the-browser-title-for-calendar-views/Â and modify them to suit your needs.
Does this help? Let me know if you have other questions.

MemberHi Erik!
I’d be happy to help you with this!
First off, I do want to note that we are fairly limited in how much we can support custom development questions like this. That said, I’d be happy to at least point you in the right direction as best I can.
I see you are using get_posts() function to get the events, but you should take a look at our tribe_get_events() helper function that will make it a bit easier. Here’s an article that will get you started on using that function >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-tribe_get_events/
To get the desired order, you should try using the order and orderby parameters.
I hope that helps! Let me know if any other questions.

MemberHi George!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Yes, you might be able to accomplish that by creating a new page and using the tribe_events shortcode and the tribe_events_list shortcode.
If you want to do that with the main events page, then you would have to make a template customization by following our themer’s guide.
I hope that helps! Let me know if any other questions and I’d be happy to help. 🙂

MemberHi Attila!
I’m sorry you are experiencing that issue. Let me help you troubleshoot that.
I tried the import myself with the same source and it works for me.
Could you please go to Events > Settings > APIs tab and click the “Refresh you connection with Facebook” button? Do you still get the error after that?
Let us know about it.
Thanks,

MemberHello Diane!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
This is unfortunately a small bug the team is already aware of, so I will link this to the bug report and change this thread status to “Pending fix”. This way the team will let you know as soon as a bugfix is released for it. It will be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases.
In the meantime, the only workaround is going to Events > Settings > Display tab and under Date Format Settings change the Datepicker Date Format to 2017-01-15
You might need to edit the event and update it to correct the invalid dates.
Please, let us know if that works for you.
My apologies for the inconvenience and we’d appreciate your patience.

MemberHi There!
Thanks for getting in touch! 🙂
I’m glad to see you worked that out!
Yes, you can do that by going to Events > Settings > Community tab and change the Default status for submitted events to “Published”. This way, when a user submits an event through the community add form, it will automatically be published in the calendar.
See here >Â https://cloudup.com/c_acK94lWcA
I hope that helps! Let me know if any other questions and we’d be happy to help!

MemberHi Luc!
I’m sorry for the delay here.
I just wanted to let you know that we’ve identified the source of the problem and it turned out to be a translation issue with Event Tickets Plus, specifically the German translation.
The translation strings for the check-in message were converting the ticket ID (which is usually a string like ‘ABC-01’) to a numeric value, thus turning it into 0 ‘zero’.
I’ve just updated the German translation so that it correctly shows the ticket ID, and is already available here >Â http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects/event-tickets-plus/de/default.
Please update your translation file and let us know if that solves the issue.
My apologies for this inconvenience.

VictorJune 21, 2017 at 8:04 am in reply to: After 'Community event' update – no post or admin emails #1301048Victor
MemberHi Phoebe!
Thanks for testing that out!
If your site is not making any customization to specifically prevent email notification when a new user is created, then WordPress by default sends a notification to the email address set in the General Settings of the WordPress admin.
Just to confirm we are on the right path, you say you did not receive any notification when you registered the test user, is this right? If so, then there is an issue with all emails being sent from your site and you should tackle this issue first. You should ask your hosting provider to check if emails are working from their side of things. Let me know about this.
I see you have activated to share your sys info with us, but somehow we are not able to see the plugins you have installed. Could you please make sure you share with us your latest system info by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
This way I can see if there is anything strange that might be causing this.
Thanks,

MemberHi Thomas!
I’d be happy to help! 🙂
First off, I do want to note that we are fairly limited in how much we can support custom development questions like this. That said, I’d be happy to at least point you in the right direction as best I can.
The tribe_venue_upcoming_events() function is located at /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/functions/template-tags/venue.php
You can customize the output of that function using the ‘tribe_venue_upcoming_events’ filter. Here’s an example of how to use the filter, which you should place in your theme’s functions.php file:
add_filter ( 'tribe_venue_upcoming_events', 'custom_tribe_venue_upcoming_events' );
function custom_tribe_venue_upcoming_events( $html ) {
//do something with $html or create your own $html output
//return the result
return $html;
}I hope that helps! Let me know if any other questions.

MemberHi Wade!
I’m sorry that is not of help in your case.
Unfortunately, there is no built in way to accomplish what you are looking for. Our plugin’s events were designed to require a start and end dates.
You may be able to achieve that by making a customization of some sort. Perhaps hiding the event start/end dates when setting a custom setting in the event.
I can see the use of having an event that does not have a start/end date. It might be something other users to be interested in, so I’d encourage you to post it as a new idea in our User Voice. This way, others can vote for it so it makes its way into a future feature release.
If needed I can help you elaborate this idea further. Let me know about it.
Best,
