    I was working and too busy to respond, but we are still having issues. Not sure what is going on. We only have about 80+ events in the system. Not sure if it is the Events Tickets Plus plugin or the Events Calendar plugin.

    Need to renew subscriptions, but need to get this fixed first.

    I have setup a staging server would be happy to give you both ADMIN access and SFTP access for you to take a look. Let me know if it is ok to pass you that info.

    Hi Imad!

    Good to hear again from you! Thanks for coming back and letting us know about that.

    First, I will kindly ask you to update to our latest versions of our plugins and the WordPress core.

    Then, could you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.

    After that, try navigating a few times into the page where you are having the service unavailable message, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can spot the problem from there.

    Also, are you on a shared hosting or VPS?

    I did do the updates on the staging site. It seems to be moving a bit faster now. We still haven’t tried on the live site.

    We will try on live site and let you know.

    Yes, shared hosting on GoDaddy.
