Thanks for taking your time and reporting this!
Unfortunately, we are aware of this issue and the team is already working to fix it.
I will change this thread to “Pending fix” and link it to the bug report so we’ll let you know as soon as a bugfix is released in one of our next maintenance releases.
I apologise for this inconvenience and we’d appreciate your patience in the meantime.
Thanks,

MemberHi Matt!
Thanks for reaching out to us and for using our plugins! 🙂
I’ve been able to reproduce this issue myself in a local installation, so I have logged a bug report for it so the team will address it in one of our future maintenance releases. I will change this thread status to “Pending fix” and link it to the report, this way the team will let you know as soon as a bugfix is released.
As a workaround in the meantime, could you please add the following css styles to your theme styles and see if it works for you?
.tribe-events-list-event-description.tribe-events-content.description.entry-summary {
position: static;
}I apologise for this inconvenience and we’d appreciate your patience while we work on the final fix.

MemberHi Patrick!
I’d be happy to help you with this! 🙂
Unfortunately, the tribe_events shortcode does not support multiple categories. We have an idea posted in our User Voice requesting just that, so I encourage to vote for it here >Â https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/17455246-tribe-events-shortcode-support-multiple-categories
This way it can get its way to one of our future feature releases.
Regarding the “views with rooms”, I’m not sure I understand that. Could you please explain this further?
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Leander!
I’m sorry you are experiencing problems while importing. Let me help you troubleshoot your issue.
Like you say, I can see you already activated your license. Are you having trouble making Event Aggregator show all the import source options? Or is your problem trying to import from a specific source? Let us know about this.
If you are getting any errors, please share them with us. You can send us a screenshot.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Madeline!
Glad to be of help here! Well done finding out the problem was with Jetpack.
If this issue only happens when using shortcodes with Elementor and also having Jetpack, it would indicate to be a conflict between those plugins.
So, you should really get in touch with Jetpack and/or Elementor support to see if they can help you overcome that issue. Both of them might be interested in solving any incompatibility issues they may have.
I really hope you can get everything working smoothly as expected 🙂
Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
Best,

MemberHello Mario!
Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the forums! 🙂
Just to clarify, this forum is where we give support for our premium plugins like “The Events Calendar PRO”. So you’ve come to the right place.
Let me try to help you with your issue.
By default, an event can only have one venue assigned. I can see from the screenshot you sent that you are given the option to add two venues. Did you make any kind of customization to enable two venues per event? If not, then this is an issue and probably a theme or plugin conflict.
To narrow the problem down, could you please go through the complete steps in this guide >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/Â and let us know what you can find in the process?
Also, when coming back could you please share with us your system info by following this guide >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thanks,

MemberHi Laura!
Good to know that helped!
As for the page title in the pink box, that is handled by your theme template, so you should find out what function is that template trying to print in that pink box.
The following article might be helpful to find out how you can modify the title >Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/calendar-page-shows-event-title/
I hope that helps! Let me know how that goes and if you have other questions.

That’s great! Thanks for following up and for sharing that so others can make use of it.

MemberHi George!
Sure! You could edit that page and use the following shortcode that will display the mini calendar and below it the next 3 upcoming events:
[tribe_mini_calendar limit="3"]Does it work for you? Let me know

MemberHi Maria!
Thanks for coming back with the links!
In the calendar view, I can see the Coming Soon event showing up as the last event. Did you manage to solve the issue? or are there any other events missing?
Let me know about it.

MemberHi Jo!
Thanks for explaining that.
When I go in and try to update a ticket, the page does not update. When you click the update button at the bottom, it looks like it’s going to spool but it doesn’t.
Is this happening while editing a ticket on the edit event page or is it when editing your own purchased ticket for an event? Could you please share with us a screenshot of the page you are experiencing the issue in? What are the steps you made that resulted in that behaviour?
Also, could you please share a link to the page where you have theÂ
[tribe-user-event-confirmations]shortcode? This way I can take a closer look and see if I can spot anything from there. Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Madeline!
Thanks for clearing that out! Let me tell you what I found so far:
- Using the Shortcode element, I could make all of them work both in preview and page.
- Using the Text Editor element, it does not show up in preview but does render on page.
- Using the WP Text element, it does not show up in preview but does render on page.
I’m using Elementor version 1.4.9 and Twenty Seventeen theme.
I think there are many variables involved in this scenario, so perhaps you could try creating different pages for each of the elements and shortcodes. But do so in a default theme and using only our plugins and Elementor. If you experience any issues in that scenario, then let me know and please share a link to those pages so I can take a closer look and see if I can spot any issues.
I also noticed you are using the Elementor Addon Elements plugin. I’m not sure what it does, but it could be worth deactivating it to see if any difference.
I’ve also found this article that could be useful as a reference on using shortcodes with Elementor >Â https://docs.elementor.com/article/72-shortcode
I hope that helps you spot the problem! Let me know how it goes.
Best,
