Linking the event with the venue at import

We have purchased “The Events Calendar PRO” and are unfortunately not supported by the manufacturer.

Following problem:
We have some 10,000 records per day to import.
The events are linked to the venues.
This is unfortunately not the case with us.
I can import the venues and also the events with the plugin “all import” problem-free,
The two files are known with the venue and the venue_id, at least the import with the data.

If I search for places, they will be found, but there will be no event displayed in this location.

When I view the events, there is no venue in the data.
On the administration page of the event, I can host a venue. This assignment means that I can enter a second venue in addition.
The 1st venue is not displayed.
When entering the 2nd venue, it will be automatically deleted immediately after saving, so that the 1st location still exists but is not displayed.

The support of “The Events Calendar PRO” refuses to help with and always refers only to this forum.
Since I urgently need help, I hope that there is someone here who can help with.

The page is located behind a directory protection. Therefore, I can not display / call them here.

Just to clarify, this forum is where we give support for our premium plugins like “The Events Calendar PRO”. So you’ve come to the right place.

Let me try to help you with your issue.

By default, an event can only have one venue assigned. I can see from the screenshot you sent that you are given the option to add two venues. Did you make any kind of customization to enable two venues per event? If not, then this is an issue and probably a theme or plugin conflict.

To narrow the problem down, could you please go through the complete steps in this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you can find in the process?
