MemberHi Melanie!
Thanks for reaching out to us.
I’m sorry you are experiencing that issue. Let me help you with that.
First, could you please make sure you are using the latest version of our plugin 4.5.10.1 ?
This last version includes a fix for a range of issues preventing frontend assets from loading and breaking parts of our user interface.
If you still experience issues after that, please try switching to a default theme like twenty seventeen and see if any difference.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

MemberHola Gabriel!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m really sorry you are experiencing performance issues. I know for myself they can be really hard to tackle, so I really sympathise with this.
We have a great article that will get you started on Performance Considerations you should know about. After that, if you decide to implement a caching system then you can move to these articles: Caching: What, when and how and Caching month view HTML in transients
Finally, there is a good article George put up here that groups a set of developer plugins. It’s a bit more technical than the others but will definitely be of help if you are into development.
We are thinking that wp-json is slowing our site so we want disable with “Disable REST API” plugin.
If we do it, the Tribe Events Shortcodes will ge the events info directly from database?I’m not really sure about this fact. I will reach out to the team to have a second opinion on this topic and will get back to you with a more solid answer.
Please hang in there.
Thanks,

MemberHi Abhishek!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
There is no built in option to show multi-day events spanning accross the calendar. However, we are planning on building this option in a future feature release of our plugins. You can vote for this idea here > https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/5318027-month-view-have-multi-day-events-span-the-cons
Unfortunately, we do not have a date for when this will be available as there are many other features that we are planning to build and several variables involved that determine their priorities.
You can learn more about the the release schedule here > https://theeventscalendar.com/release-schedule/
I hope that helps. Is there anything else I can help you with? Let me know about it and I’d be happy to help 🙂

MemberHi Alex!
Thanks for reaching out to us. And sorry you are experiencing that issue.
First, could you please make sure you are using the latest version of our plugin 4.5.10.1 ?
This last version includes a fix for a range of issues preventing frontend assets from loading and breaking parts of our user interface.
If the issue persists, then please see if you have any console errors while on the import page. Here is a guide on how to do that > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberHi Tracy!
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you with that.
I could see in your site that it now shows some space between the image and the title. Did you manage to accomplish what you were looking for? Let me know about it.
Nevertheless, let me point you to a great article we have about customizing our templates > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
I hope that helps!

MemberHi Hyla!
I’m sorry you are having that issue. Let me help you troubleshooting that.
Could you please share the CSV file with us so we can make some tests on our end?
CSV imports are all managed by The Events Calendar, so if you want to try downgrading you should already be able to get a previous version of it from your Downloads page.
For the moment I’d recommend you stick to the latest version of our plugin, which is 4.5.10.1 because it might include fixes and improvements related to your issue.
I can see you are currently using version 4.5.10. Please update to the latest version and see if that solves the problem.
Thanks,

MemberHi Mike!
Thanks for reaching out to us and for following up with your findings.
I could not find the “Upload Study USA” event in the ICS nor the embedded calendar.
I’m not aware of an issue like that, but I’ll leave this open for the moment. If you encounter any issues, please let us know about it and I’ll be happy to assist.

MemberHi There!
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you with this.
The ticket_id is unique for each attendee, so I’m not sure how you are fetching product metadata with it. Could you please share the code with us?
Also, it seems strange that the ticket_id changes depending on the order status. If it is the same order, it should remain the same ticket. Could you please tell me what steps you made that results in the ticket_id changing?
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Mario!
I’m glad to know everything is working fine now. Thanks for following up to let us know about it.
I’ll close this now, but feel free to open a new topic if anything comes up.

MemberHi Benjamin,
No, all the events and its data are stored in the database, so deleting a plugin will only remove its files.
Let me know if you have other questions.

MemberHi Hans-Herd!
I will try to help you find the source of this problem as it seems to be a tricky one.
Could you please share with us the CSV file you are having the issue with? I will try to run some tests on my end with our own sample files but it would be great to be on the same track and work with equal events examples as your dev environment.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi David!
I’m sorry you are experiencing those issues.
Thanks for sending out those logs.
Just to confirm, when you say single manual import has worked , are you referring to One-time imports or single event scheduled imports?
Could you please try re-scheduling one of those imports and see if it works?
Thanks,
VictorVictor

MemberHi Eva!
I’m really sorry you are experiencing that issue again with your license. Let me try to help you with that.
First, I will kindly ask you to update to the latest version of The Events Calendar 4.5.10.1. This last couple of releases include several fixes and improvements to the Event Aggregator functionality, so it’s always best to keep up to date with the latest versions.
After that, please try the same steps as in the other post to see if the license works again.
Let me know how that works for you.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Kim!
Thanks for coming back to us.
I’m sorry the other thread was autoclosed. It seems that with the last reply from Thomas, the thread’s status changed and after some time it autoclosed.
I will attach this thread to the same bug report so we can keep you updated about it.
I know there has been some progress for Facebook imports failing when there were no upcoming events. Which might be one of the causes of your failed imports. But we are still working on completely fixing all these issues.
We’ll let you know about further updates.
Thanks again for your patience while we work on this.
Best,
