    Hey,
    I just imported about 100 events – but the issue described here (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/csv-importing-not-importing-event-calendar-google-maps-link-or-google-maps-2/) seem to be not solved yet.

    Thanks for reaching out and reporting this. 🙂

    Can you do me a favor and

    1. Try testing for conflicts by following the documentation here to see if you experience the same issues?
    2. Try some of the sample data provided in this knowledgebase article and let me know if those pieces fail to import as well?

    We’ll work on it together once you let me know how those things go!

    Hi Shelby,
    thanks for answer.

    Testing for conflicts I carry out the following steps as described on our dev environment (please see link in private message):

    • Switch to the Twenty Seventeen theme
    • Disable all plugins except Tribe Events plugins
    • Importing sample data
    • Clearing browser cache, and retest.

    Unfortunately the issue couldn’t be solved (see attached screenshot)

    I could solve the issue by carry out the following SQL query:
    UPDATE wp_postmeta SET meta_value = '1' WHERE meta_key LIKE '%_EventShowMap%' AND meta_value='no'

    But this is of course not a satisfyingly solution.

    Hi Shelby,
    thanks for answer.
    I just imported once again the testfiles: Unfortunately same issue in English Version – please have a look on our dev environment.
    See “Birthday Party, 25. June,15:30” from testfile, clicking “Veranstaltungen”, then “Veranstaltungen und Terminkalender”.

    Hi Hans-Herd!

    I will try to help you find the source of this problem as it seems to be a tricky one.

    Could you please share with us the CSV file you are having the issue with? I will try to run some tests on my end with our own sample files but it would be great to be on the same track and work with equal events examples as your dev environment.

    We released an update for this issue. Can you update your plugins (preferrably on a staging site) and see if that resolves the issue.
