Can't Edit Tickets

I have disabled all plugins except to those necessary and still have the issue. Console shows two sets of errors. The second shows when you try to edit:

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I’m sorry you are experiencing that issue. Let me help you with that.

First, could you please make sure you are using the latest version of our plugin 4.5.10.1 ?

This last version includes a fix for a range of issues preventing frontend assets from loading and breaking parts of our user interface.

If you still experience issues after that, please try switching to a default theme like twenty seventeen and see if any difference.
