MemberHi Sandi!
Thanks for getting in touch. Let me help you with this topic.
The number you see in the attendee list under the Status column (#7342 – Completed) is the order number and status. On the other hand, the ticket_id you get when scanning the qr code matches the attendee record, not the order number.
So, in case one user buys several tickets in a single purchase, each attendee record is assigned a unique ticket_id but would all belong to the same order number.
Does it help? Let me know if you have other questions and I’d be happy to help.

MemberHi Shane!
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’m sorry you are experiencing those issues with the Event Aggregator. Let me try to help you with this.
We’ve just released a new version of The Events Calendar where we fixed an issue that would prevent Event Aggregator scheduled imports from running. So, please make sure to update to the latest version and see if it solves your issue.
Thanks for reporting the system information error message. I will flag this to the team to see if your WordPress installation path could be an issue here.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
VictorOctober 4, 2017 at 1:16 pm in reply to: Select2.js messes up our custom code and filter bar disappears #1359187Victor
MemberHi Joanna!
I’m sorry you are experiencing that issue. Let me help you with it.
The following is a code snippet that will prevent the select2.js file to be loaded in the frontend:
/** * An example for how to dequeue a script * * Obtain the handle of your script by searching through the code, and then * add a wp_deregister_script() function call for that handle. */ function tribe_dequeue_script_example() { wp_deregister_script( 'tribe-select2' ); } add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'tribe_dequeue_script_example', 100 );Bear in mind you would have to use checkboxes or dropdowns for all the fields. It will break autocomplete and the active filter coding, which in turn could break how the Filter Bar works.
On the other side, while we don’t suggest to do it, you can downgrade to The Events Calendar version 4.4.3 which uses Chosen instead of Select2.
I hope it helps you achieve what you are looking for. Let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with.

MemberHola Miguel!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this issue.
Having a closer inspection to your calendar I can see there are some console errors showing up. This could be a theme or plugin conflict, so to narrow the problem down, you should go through our Testing for Conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/.
I see you have tried deactivating other plugins, did you notice any difference? Could you please switch to a default theme like twenty seventeen and see if you still experience the issue?
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Alex!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you with this.
You are right in that the [tribe_events] shortcode does not currently support multiple categories. You can learn more about all the available shortcodes for Events Calendar PRO here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
If you still want to proceed with the refund, please fill in the form in here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/ and we’ll take care of it.
From what you want to achieve with the categories, it seems that you might find useful our Filter Bar plugin > https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-filterbar/
I hope that clears things out. Don’t hesitate to ask any other question and I’d be happy to help.

MemberHi Bradley!
I’m sorry you are experiencing that. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.
I can see you are using older versions of our plugins, so please make sure to update to the latest versions and see if any difference.
Remember you can always get the latest versions of our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
We always suggest to set up a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site.
If updating the plugins does not solve the issue, it can be related to a theme or plugin conflict, so to narrow the problem down please go through the steps provided in the testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you find in the process.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,

MemberHi Zia Zek!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me help you with this issue.
I could not reproduce this in my local installation. Are you making any template customization to the shortcode or the my account template page? If not, this could be a theme or plugin conflict.
<p class=”paragraph”>I see you have tried the following:- Deactivating other plugins: <b>Yes</b>
- Switching to a default theme: <b>Yes</b>
Just to confirm, did you notice any difference in those conditions? How about when deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen, together?Do you notice and difference there?
Let’s start there and see what we find. If the issue continues to persist, we can try some deeper troubleshooting tactics.
Also, could you please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ?
Thanks,
Victor -
