On /my-account/, the event name shows up correctly, e.g. Church Camp 2018 (Test) (June 6, 2018)

On /my-account/orders/, the same link now says Orders (June 6, 2018)

On /my-account/downloads/, shows Downloads (June 6, 2018).

I could not reproduce this in my local installation. Are you making any template customization to the shortcode or the my account template page? If not, this could be a theme or plugin conflict.
<p class=”paragraph”>I see you have tried the following:

• Deactivating other plugins: <b>Yes</b>
• Switching to a default theme: <b>Yes</b>

Just to confirm, did you notice any difference in those conditions? How about when deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen, together?Do you notice and difference there?

Let’s start there and see what we find. If the issue continues to persist, we can try some deeper troubleshooting tactics.
