    When scanning the QR code on the ticket we get misleading information. The QR gives us just this link https://idahopotatodrop.com?event_qr_code=1&ticket_id=7343&event_id=7323. It should match what we see the attendee list.

    “VIP 2017/2018″,,7aae122344,,7342,Processing,V20172018-2,”Jessica Rodgers”,[email protected] -> see attached images.

    Any idea why these do not match? We plan on checking in over 500 people so we need this as accurate as possible.

    Thanks for getting in touch. Let me help you with this topic.

    The number you see in the attendee list under the Status columnĀ (#7342 – Completed) is the order number and status. On the other hand, the ticket_id you get when scanning the qr code matches the attendee record, not the order number.

    So, in case one user buys several tickets in a single purchase, each attendee record is assigned a unique ticket_id but would all belong to the same order number.
