Jeff
ParticipantWhen creating a multi-day event with the time set to All Day, the last day of the event does not show up when exporting to iCal. For example, if I set an event for March 1 – March 3 and mark the time as All Day, when I export that event to iCal, it shows up on the calendar as March 1 – March 2.
I’ve checked my time zone settings both for the site and for the calendar and they all appear to be fine. I tested the event using different time zones and got the same result.
Thanks in advance for the help.

ParticipantHello Jeff,
Thanks for using our plugins and I’m really sorry about this issue with exports on your site!
This issue is unfortunately caused by a bug that we’re aware of, and is set to be fixed in a future release. While I cannot provide you with any solution at the moment, I do hope this puts your mind at ease to know that it’s not your configuration. I want to let you know that your voice is heard and we are working on the fixes.
I’ll add your thread to the bug tickets to give them more push.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once a fix is released. Thanks for your patience!
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and reference this one.
Cheers,
Shelby 🙂March 30, 2017 at 1:39 pm #1262265Jeff
ParticipantIs there any time frame on the fix? We use the plugin on several customer websites, but this one uses the iCal functionality extensively for their nearly 10,000 employees. As it stands, leaving off the last day is a HUGE issue for them. Thanks!

ParticipantHowdy Jeff,
I am sorry to hear this is impacting you so heavily. This is something we will fix as soon as we possibly can.
This bug ticket is currently assigned our second highest priority. This is basically the highest a bug like this can achieve. As soon as we have cleared out the higher priority bugs, ones like this will get hit. Unfortunately though, this means I can’t give you a timeline as I do not yet have one to give.
In the mean time, the only work around I can think of is to convert these from all day events to ones with start and end times. You could set the start time to the zero hour on the first day, and the end time to the last minute of the last day. Not a great solution I know, but at least it will work for now while waiting is necessary.
Please let us know if you have any other questions. Cheers!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
