MemberHi There!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me try to help you with this topic.
There is no built in way to achieve that besides editing each individual instance. But this will of course break it apart from the recurring event.
If you want to show two different images, one for the main event and one for the recurring instances, then you could add a second image to the event that will only show up in the the recurring instances, but this will require some custom coding.
Please let me note that we are limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions like this, but we always like helping out and at least point you in the right direction as much possible.
I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any follow up questions and I’ll be happy to help.

MemberHi Mary!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you troubleshoot that issue.
That looks like a conflict with your theme. I suggest you switch to a default theme like twenty seventeen and see if any changes.
If nothing changes, please go through the steps provided in the testing for conflicts guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you find in the process. This will help us narrow down the problem.
We suggest you setup a dev/staging site so you can make all these tests without disrupting the live site. We also encourage to make a full <u>backup</u> of your site, both database and files so in case something goes wrong you can always restore your site.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks,

MemberHi Sébastien!
Thanks for reaching out to us to report this.
I could not reproduce the issue in my own installation. In what pages are you experiencing the conflict? Could you please let me know the steps you made that resulted in that conflict? I will try to reproduce it and see what I can find.
Also, please make sure you share with us your latest system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thanks,

MemberHi Marcos!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me try to help you with that.
Unfortunately, there is no built-in way to import attendees for an event.
The only way to generate attendees for an event would be to manually create the WooCommerce orders for them.
I did find the following thread where a user explains how you can import the CSV as orders, which in return will create the attendees for them > https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/importing-attendees/
I hope it helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

MemberHi Samara!
Thanks for taking your time to report this.
I’m sorry you are also experiencing this issue. Like Cliff mentioned in the other thread, a bug report is already in place so it can be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases.
I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the report, so we’ll let you know as soon as we have an update for it.
I apologise for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.

MemberHi Hassan!
Thanks for coming back to us. Let me help you with that issue.
Could you please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ? We’ll try to replicate the issue on our end and see what we find.
Are you using Yoast SEO plugin? If so, could you please try deactivating it and removing the code snippet and see if any difference? Let us know about it.
Thanks,

MemberHi Elizabeth!
Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you with this topic.
It might be that the CSS styles or selectors you are using need a bit of adjustment to work for your site.
Could you please share with me the CSS styles you are placing in the tribe-events.css file and point me to your site’s page where you are trying to apply those styles in? I will have a closer look at it and see if I can come up with a working snippet.
Thanks,

MemberHi Miriam!
Thanks for taking your time to report this.
I have been able to track down a bug report for this issue. Like you say, it seems to only be happening when using the tribe_events shortcode.
I will set this thread to Pending Fix and link it to the report, this way we’ll let you know as soon as a fix is released in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.
I apologies for this inconvenience and we’d appreciate your patience in the meantime.

MemberHello!
Thanks for coming back with all that information.
After a few other tests I could reproduce this in my own local installation and it seems to be happening for recurring events that have instances in the past. I have logged a bug report for this so it can be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases or our plugins.
I will set this thread as Pending Fix and link it to the report so we’ll let you know as soon as a fix is released.
I apologise for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.

MemberHi Michael!
Thanks for following up with this.
We didn’t receive the png files you refer to. Bear in mind you won’t be able to attach files replying via email.
I’m not sure I understand exactly the issue, but I think you are experiencing that because you are setting up an event that spans across multiple days and then creating recurrences for that same event, which they also span across multiple days.
Could you please confirm this? Please try sending over the screenshots so we can verify this.
Thanks,
VictorVictor

MemberHi Bram!
Thanks for getting in touch with us and for your interest in the release candidates of our plugins.
I’m sorry for the confusion. That was indeed an error in the newsletter. It should have said The Events Calendar 4.6.4.
We’ve just shipped the stable versions of those plugins. You can learn more about it here > https://theeventscalendar.com/release-event-tickets-4-6-event-tickets-plus-4-6-events-calendar-4-6-4-community-tickets-4-5/
As always, we suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site.
We also encourage to make a full <u>backup</u> of your site, both database and files so in case something goes wrong you can always restore your site.
Is there anything else I can help you with? Please let me know.

MemberHi Michael!
Thanks for reaching out to us! Let me help you troubleshoot this issue.
Could you please share a link to your site where we can see the issue?
Also, please send us a screenshot of the recurring settings when in the edit event page so we can try to reproduce this on our end.
When creating the recurring event, could you please see if there are any console errors by inspecting the page? We have an article that explains how to do that here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/
Additionally, Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try reproducing the issue a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
Thanks,
