I tried following the instructions outlined in your documentation (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-fonts-and-colours/) to create a file in my theme, but the CSS I put there did not work. Then, I found this thread (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/where-to-put-custom-css-directions-arent-working/), and I tried putting the CSS into the Custom CSS section of the Customization for my theme, but it didn’t work there either. When I run Inspect, it shows that the rsvp.min.css stylesheet is taking priority over the custom theme CSS and the CSS in my child theme. Is there a way to override this?

    HiĀ Elizabeth!

Thanks for getting in touch with us. Let me help you with this topic.

It might be that the CSS styles or selectors you are using need a bit of adjustment to work for your site.

Could you please share with me the CSS styles you are placing in the tribe-events.css file and point me to your site’s page where you are trying to apply those styles in? I will have a closer look at it and see if I can come up with a working snippet.

    Thanks,
    Victor

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
