KeymasterHi again,
I checked out the changelog for the tooltip file in the Events Calendar, and that file hasn’t been changed significantly for quite awhile.
Let me know how it goes with the theme update.
Thanks,

KeymasterMathew,
Thanks for providing that temporary solution! I added that to the ticket so it can help other users with the same issue.

KeymasterHi Tina,
Nice to meet you too!
The messages you are seeing only means you can’t update these plugins on your test site using the regular Update functionality. You just need to download any updated plugins from your account and manually upload via the Updates > “add new” interface, or via FTP.
For the next step, can you verify that you have connected the WordPress site with your Eventbrite account as is described here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-eb-tickets/
Thanks,

KeymasterHi again,
To clarify, you don’t need to have a unique title for each event, but a unique combination of title, date and time.
People sometimes have different events at the same time, while others have an event with the same name but at different times. The only way for this to work is to use a combination of the two when importing or updating events.
Every post in WordPress needs to have a title. You can simply fill in the same title for each event if you’d like, but you need to have a column for the event title for the import to work.
Hope that’s clearer.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi Will,
OK, I will add this to the queue.
Take care,

KeymasterHi again,
I tried out your code, and it is working for me as expected. However, please note that the code you are changing will only change the “view more” link at the bottom of the list widget. The individual events will still link to your main calendar.
Are you putting this file in the correct folder structure within your theme? Should go in [your-theme]/tribe-events/pro/widgets/list-widget.php
Hope that helps.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi again,
This had fixed a few weeks ago, but it looks like the issue came back in a recent update. I have reopened the ticket, and attached this thread to it.
As soon as the fix has been released, we will follow up with you here to let you know.
Thanks so much for alerting us to this, and let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi again,
We have a free extension that adds the attendee details to WooCommerce emails. I’m not sure if it also works with the plugin you found, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t.
Give it a try and let me know if that works!
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi again,
I’m sorry for the confusion. I will try to clarify.
An additional license is not required to use the plugins on a staging site. The plugins will function on any site you install them on. The license just allows you to use the WordPress Plugins interface in the admin to update the plugins when an update is available.
To manually upload the plugin to your staging site, first download from https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/. Then, in the Plugins admin of your staging site, click the “add new” button, then “upload plugin” and select the file you downloaded.
That’s all there is to it. You can just ignore the message about your license, and the plugin will work as usual.
If for some reason you wanted to avoid the above process, you could purchase an additional license, but that would be up to you. I wouldn’t see the need, myself.
Let me know if you have additional questions.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi Caylee,
I will be helping you with this issue going forward.
Were you able to get the plugins updated? If you are still having issues with this, please check out this article on manually updating plugins in WordPress: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-manually-update-wordpress-plugins-via-ftp/
Next, can you confirm for me that you have gone through the steps in connecting your site with your Eventbrite account, as described here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-eb-tickets/ ?
If you go to Events > Settings > APIs > Eventbrite, do you see a button that says “refresh your connection to Eventbrite?” What happens if you click this?
Lastly, can you share a link to your Eventbrite account that you’re trying to import from?
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi again,
Looking at the Eventbrite link you have provided, I see that all of those events have passed already. There are no events showing up under “live events” for that particular stream. I would expect to see the “no records to import” message that you posted.
Hope that helps!
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the imports. I will try to help you get this sorted.
Looking at the csv file you provided, I do not see any event titles. Each event must have a unique name/title and event dates and times to not be considered the same event when importing.
You can read more about structuring a CSV for import here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/
Hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any additional questions about this.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your site. I will try to help if I can.
If you temporarily remove the customizations that you added, does the problem go away? I’ve seen a few cases of this in the last couple of weeks, and so far it has been related to theme conflicts.
If removing your customizations doesn’t change anything, can you try temporarily switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme and disabling all other plugins to see if that has an effect? If you would like to read more about this troubleshooting process, you can do so here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your Aggregator license. I will try to help you get this sorted.
I see the license that you upgraded, and it is showing as having a limit of 200 imports per day. I see that you also have another license for Aggregator that is only for 100. Can you clarify that you are using the license key for the one that was upgraded where you are hitting your limit?
Also, are you seeing a notice somewhere saying you’ve hit a limit of 100? If so, can you share a screenshot of that?
Thanks,
SkySky
