ParticipantHi Andriani,
I’m happy to help out here! π
I think you’ll find the information you’re looking for in our special Knowledgebase Article on our Tribe Events Shortcode. π
Unfortunately, you won’t have a lot of control over the excerpt/”description” unless you work with a developer on customizing that bit of it.
Hope this gives you a good starting point to work from!

ParticipantHi Leander,
Thanks for reaching out!
If you wouldn’t mind, please open a separate thread so that we can assign it to the bug ticket as well, and escalate accordingly. π Once this is resolved, we will also be doing what we can with each of your licensing to make ammends here. We know it’s a huge inconvenience, and we very much appreciate your patience!!
Best,
Shelby

ParticipantHi Peter,
Apologies for the delay here, thanks for reaching out!
OurΒ Themerβs GuideΒ actuallyΒ provides a wealth of information on customizing our plugins, including a list of modifiable templates and instructions on how to duplicate and tweakΒ them to your preferences. Youβll find the template for our RSVP and ticket emails located atΒ /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.phpΒ in your WordPress directory.
I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions! π

ParticipantHello again Anna! π
So this is a bit of a more complex request than our previous encounters, but definitely doable with some customization. π
Check out these articles and let me know if that gets you to a good starting point?

ParticipantHi Cameron,
Thanks for posting!
This issue is definitely on our radar, and we’re in the process of doing a couple of big bug squashing pushes. I’m adding your thread to the list of threads with this issue so that you can be updated as the bug ticket progresses. I’ll also bump the priority accordingly, in order to hopefully get this addressed more quickly.
Thanks so much for understanding and for sharing your temporary work around!

ParticipantHi again,
Thanks for keeping me posted on your situation! I’m going to switch this thread back to “Pending Fix” so that you’ll continue to get updates on your original issue. Should you have other issues in the future, please post a separate topic, so that we can keep this thread focused on the bug that you posted about originally. π
Thanks,
Shelby π

ParticipantHi Cynthia,
I had you change the setting so that I could see if it changed the code at a all so that I could write you some custom CSS. Unfortunately, it didn’t do what I needed it to. π However, I did manage to dig up a solution from another thread that should work for you!
Check out Josh’s comments to a user in this thread with the exact same request. π
Please let me know if you have any trouble implementing this, and I’d be happy to give more guidance!

ParticipantHi Lee,
Thanks for using our plugins, I’m happy to help and provide some clarification!
Unfortunately, at this time, it’s not a built in option to redirect after RSVP, but this change could be made with some customization. I recommend checking out the following resources if you’d like to try making these changes yourself or to find someone to help out with this:
TEC Settings Overview (To check out the available options in the plugin)
Themer’s Guide (Help for making the changes yourself)
Customization Guide (Help finding help with making custom changes)You may also possibly be able to use the tips in this article here to implement a custom redirection like this.
Best,
