Is there a way to display the list of 5 events with each to show a short description taken from the content?
[tribe_events_list limit=”5″ category=”summer” hide_if_empty=false content=”yes”]

I think you’ll find the information you’re looking for in our special Knowledgebase Article on our Tribe Events Shortcode. 🙂

Unfortunately, you won’t have a lot of control over the excerpt/”description” unless you work with a developer on customizing that bit of it.
