ParticipantHey Jessica,
Thanks for using The Events Calendar, I’m happy to help! In order to help, I would like to get some more information from you, if I can:
-First, if you could please test for conflicts by following this documentation? Let me know what you find. This will help me determine how deeply we need to look into the specific configuration of your site, or if this is a bug. π
-I will take a look in the morning at the link that you included and see if I can help out with a work around for this while we troubleshoot the cause.
Let me know about the conflict testing results. π
Thanks!

ParticipantHi there,
Thanks for reaching out!
Unfortunately, we’re not able to support theme conflicts on these forums per our official support policy here.
You have a couple options here:
- Reach out to your theme developer for support on this conflict.
- If you need to seek a refund because of this, you can do so via the form on this page. We totally understand. π
Let me know if you need anything further here!
Best,
Shelby π

ParticipantHey Paula,
Thanks for reaching out on this one! π
I’m going to check in with Nico, to see his thoughts on this, since he did this work just a few months ago for the thread you referenced. That way we don’t lose time to me re-inventing the wheel here, and I’ll let you know when I hear back from him, and we’ll go from there!
Cheers,

ParticipantHi Jennifer,
Thanks for using our plugins, I’m happy to help and provide some clarification!
Unfortunately, at this time, it’s not a built in option to automate these sort of communications, but this type of solution could be implemented with some custom development. I recommend checking out the following resources if you’d like to try making these changes yourself or to find someone to help out with this:
TEC Settings Overview (To check out the available options in the plugin)
Themer’s Guide (Help for making the changes yourself)
Customization Guide (Help finding help with making custom changes)Best,

ParticipantHi again!
Unfortunately, I would normally give a similar response to this request that I did to your previous inquiry. It would require some development customization that is outside the scope of what we offer on these forums.
Please let us know if you have any questions about our plugins and their default features in the future!
Best,

ParticipantHi there Neil,
Thanks for reaching out! A couple questions here:
- Are the events that aren’t being imported from Facebook by chance?
- Can you send me your error log or a screenshot of the import failures?
Let me know about these things and we can go from here!

ParticipantHi Sean,
This bug fix is still pending, but the dev team has been on a bit of a bug-squashing rampage as of late. π
I’d recommend reaching out via that same thread in the future. It should still be open for you to do so, since it’s pending fix and associated with a bug report.
Thanks,
Shelby π

August 1, 2017 at 8:15 pm in reply to: Event Not Populating "Product" Correctly for "Ticket" #1329224Shelby
ParticipantHi there Chuck,
Apologies for the delay here. I picked this one up a few days ago, and somehow it slipped through the cracks!
Anyway, on to your questions/requests. I’ll respond below in italics:
- When creating a ticket, the WooCommerce Product that is subsequently created does not use the βTicket Headerβ picture for the βProduct Image.β
Can you link me to a product/ticket example of this on your site so that I can help you troubleshoot it? - It would also be great if the βRelated Eventsβ could first be events that fall on the same date as the current event.
You can totally customize this in ourΒ related-events.php file. There’s some guidance for changing files like that in our Themer’s Guide - I would also like to have a way to create Product Bundles just like theΒ WooCommerce extension, but when I tried activating it previously, I couldnβt collect Attendee names, which is very important.
I will have to test this one out a bit. Did you try using additional fields?
Let me know about these things, and we’ll work on this from there!
Best,
Shelby π

Shelby
ParticipantHi Again,
Unfortunately Cindy, I believe the code isn’t working because of a theme or plugin conflict. Could you test that theory by working through the steps in this documentation?
Let me know how that goes!
Best,
Shelby π
