-First, if you could please test for conflicts by following this documentation? Let me know what you find. This will help me determine how deeply we need to look into the specific configuration of your site, or if this is a bug. 🙂
-Can you send me a link to your site so I can see this firsthand? I’m a visual person, and I can often be more helpful in giving solutions to problems I can see and interact with.

Hey Michelle,
So I believe this isn’t working because you don’t have Events Calendar PRO, but only The Events Calendar. The “Merge Duplicates” feature is a feature of PRO.
Apologies for my oversight there. I’d suggest upgrading to the Pro version if you need this feature. 🙂

You’ll need to pass variables through your array in order to print the information related to the variables. 🙂 If you don’t have much PHP knowledge, I’d suggest hiring a freelancer. We have a list of suggestions for finding a freelancer and a list of potential freelancers here.
Unfortunately, we don’t support PHP customizations like this one on these forums. These forums are intended to troubleshoot issues and field bug reports with our plugins as configured with the latest version of WordPress, WordPress default themes, and our suite of plugins with their out of the box features.

I see what you’re referencing now, the screenshots are super helpful!
The theming on our mobile view is definitely streamlined, and then intention is to make this view less cluttered. Changing this would require some customization that we unfortunately can’t provide on this forum. These forums are intended to troubleshoot issues and field bug reports with our plugins as configured with the latest version of WordPress, WordPress default themes, and our suite of plugins with their out of the box features.
However, we do have some resources for guidance for making changes to the styles here. If you need to find someone to help with the customizations, we also have some tips for finding help here.

Unfortunately, it’s not very likely that we will split the name fields in the near future. There has been some conversation around this in the past (you can see some examples here and here). You can however, suggest this as a feature in our feature suggestion system here, and if there’s the demand for this, then we’ll add it to our development schedule. 🙂
