Change of background colour in ALL action view (list and month)

Hello,

Sorry for this question (evidently not so complicated issue), but so far I spent almost two hours with this with zero result.
Could you please somebody advice, how to change background colour from transparent to white in ALL action regime LIST and MONTH?
Please take into account I am really not an expert… 🙂
So in which file to change what…
