MemberHi Sebastien,
Thank you for sharing your findings with us! What Brook mentioned in that reply is still valid: Event Tickets does not actually support WPML at this moment.
Although, Geoff suggested a possible workaround for this issue in that Feature Request:
https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/9987648-adapt-wootickets-to-wpml
I would suggest you to follow his instructions and let me know if it works for you as well.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the mean time and I’ll be happy to assist!

MemberHi Martha,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’ve ran some tests and couldn’t replicate the issue from here: if I use a shortcode like [tribe_events view=”month”] in a post, the Month View calendar is correctly displayed both in my blog list view and also in individual posts.
Regarding the missing “back link”, I believe that what you describe is change made to the events template by your current active theme Avada.
To confirm that it is a modification in the Avada template, can you please temporarily change your theme to a default one like Twenty Seventeen and verify if the issue persists after that? Also, please check if the shortcodes and embedded permalinks work as expected while having Twenty Seventeen enabled.
Let me know your test results.
If you have any other questions in the mean time, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!

MemberHey Christopher,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
As I can see from here there is a Java Script error associated with your theme every time I change your calendar to photo view:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'each' of undefined at b.Isotope._masonryLayout
Can you please temporarily change your active theme from “specular” to another one like Twenty Seventeen and confirm that the problem is solved after that?
Thanks,
Patricia

MemberHi Werner,
I could replicate the issue you are experiencing from here, it seems that with the latest releases this option is not working either.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch. Our development team is actively working on a solution for this.
I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now. The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thanks for your understanding and if you have any other questions in the mean time, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!

MemberHi Lee,
I’ve just accessed your site to try to replicate the issue you are experiencing, but when I changed the month from August to September, it was correctly translated (I see both calendars in hebrew).
Can you please send us an example of the issue you are experiencing so we can further investigate?
Thanks!

MemberHey Becky,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing, let me help you to solve it!
Can you please make sure that all of your plugins are up to date?
After that, please go to Events > Settings > APIs tab and under Facebook click “Refresh your connection with Facebook” button to see if it changes anything.
If the issue persists after trying to refresh your connection, I would suggest you to click on “Disconnect” and after that reconnect to Facebook again.
I’ve just ran I test in my own local install and could successfully connect Event Aggregator to Facebook.
If none of these options help to solve the issue you are experiencing, please let me know and I’ll be happy to further investigate your case!

MemberHey Sebastien,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing, let me help you with that!
Can you please make sure that all of you plugins are up to date?
If they are, please temporarily deactivate all of your plugins (except Modern Tribe plugins) and change your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and let us know if the issue persists after that. You will find further information about our conflict test here.
Also, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share with us any messages you see while creating a new ticket and accessing it’s corresponding event in the front end. All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content/debug.log.
If the conflicts test doesn’t help you to identify the cause of the issue, please share your system info with us again (since the info you initially sent us is incomplete) so we can further investigate your case.
Thanks!

MemberHey Ashwin,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Migrating your license key from one site to another won’t cause the created events or tickets to disappear: if your client created the events before the migration (i.e. you migrated his/her complete database from dev to live site only after the events creation), you should be able to see all of them in the live site at this moment, even if your license key is currently out of installs.
Migrating your license from one site to another is simple: please access your dev site and head over to Events > Settings > Licenses, delete your license keys from there and press the “Save Changes” button in the end of that page.
After that, please disconnect your licenses here and then re-add them in your live site via WP Dashboard.
You will find further information about how to move your licenses in our Knowledgebase.
I hope this helps!
Let me know if you need anything else and I’ll be happy to assist!

MemberHi there,
I’ve imported your events and deleted them using Bulk Delete plugin and could replicate the issue you are experiencing from here. I believe that since the events are only partially removed, EA is triggered to import the missing info again and ends up duplicating events.
Bulk Delete is throwing this DB error when trying to delete events:
WordPress database error Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction for query UPDATE wp_postmeta SET meta_value = 'a:19:{s:12:\"_EventOrigin\";i:1504013453;s:17:\"_EventShowMapLink\";i:1504013453;s:13:\"_EventShowMap\";i:1504013453;s:12:\"_EventAllDay\";i:1504013453;s:15:\"_EventStartDate\";i:1504014621;s:13:\"_EventEndDate\";i:1504014621;s:18:\"_EventStartDateUTC\";i:1504014622;s:16:\"_EventEndDateUTC\";i:1504014622;s:14:\"_EventDuration\";i:1504014622;s:20:\"_EventCurrencySymbol\";i:1504014622;s:22:\"_EventCurrencyPosition\";i:1504014622;s:10:\"_EventCost\";i:1504014622;s:9:\"_EventURL\";i:1504014622;s:14:\"_EventTimezone\";i:1504014622;s:18:\"_EventTimezoneAbbr\";i:1504014622;s:24:\"_tribe_aggregator_origin\";i:1504014622;s:24:\"_tribe_aggregator_record\";i:1504014622;s:24:\"_tribe_aggregator_source\";i:1504014622;s:25:\"_tribe_aggregator_updated\";i:1504014622;}' WHERE post_id = 3584 AND meta_key = '_tribe_modified_fields' made by do_action('admin_init'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, BD_Controller->request_handler, do_action('bd_delete_posts_by_post_type'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, Bulk_Delete_Posts::do_delete_posts_by_post_type, Bulk_Delete_Posts::delete_posts_by_post_type, wp_delete_post, delete_metadata_by_mid, do_action('delete_post_meta'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, Tribe__Tracker->register_added_deleted_meta, update_post_meta, update_metadataTo avoid this issue and correctly remove events from your database, I would suggest you to delete them using the native WordPress option. This way you can rest assured that your events will be successfully removed and the import process won’t be triggered again to replace the partial missing data.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or need further assistance on this.

MemberHey Werner,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Unfortunately this is a known issue: the “Show Google Maps Link” and “Show Map” options are not being imported from CSV files.
But there is a workaround available: you can enable google maps by default. Please access your Dashboard and head over to Events-> settings-> Map Settings and make sure that the “Enable Google Maps” option is ticked.
I hope this helps! I’m setting this ticket to Pending Fix and we will update it once the problem is solved.
Thank you for your patience and if you have any other questions, please let us know!
Regards,
Patricia
