MemberHi there,
I’d like to apologize for the delay in response and thank you for your patience! We’re doing our best to adhere to our Scope of Support / Terms for you and everyone else.
Regarding the issue with your Event Aggregator license key, sometimes new licenses or license renewals take longer than expected to register with our servers.
Therefore, my guess is that your license should work by now. Please give it another try now and let me know how it goes.
If the issues persists I’ll be glad to investigate your case or help you with the next steps to get a refund!
If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Kind regards,
Patricia

MemberHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Did you check the following article? It explains how to migrate your events content using WordPress export tools:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-wordpress-export-tools-to-migrate-events-content/
If you are using The Events Calendar in your old/origin site as well, you may be able to achieve what you want with Events Aggregator: this addon has the “Other URL” option which allows you to import events that are published on another website using The Events Calendar.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia
January 4, 2018 at 4:27 am in reply to: updated to Event Aggregator 200 license – but still limited to 100 #1417798Patricia
MemberHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m really sorry to hear that you are having problems with Events Aggregator: let me help you to solve this!
To get started, could you please access your Dashboard, head over to Events > Help and send us a screenshot of the Event Aggregator System Status? Do you see any errors in there? If you disconnect your EA license key and reconnect it again, does it help to solve the problem?
If the license key is active and the issue persists, could you please flush your transients using a plugin like Transients Manager? You can flush all of your transients (WordPress will repopulate them as necessary), or just the one associated with our plugin: “tribe_aggregator_origins”. Sometimes this transient caches the response from our server informing that your license is still reaching the daily import limit, even though it isn’t.
If none of these suggestions helped you to solve the problem, please let me know and I’ll be happy to help you with the next steps.
Best regards,
Patricia

MemberHi Heath,
Thanks for sending us these screenshots! I’ve just created two venues with the exact same addresses and everything is working as expected in my staging site (I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue):
At this point I would recommend you to check if there are any conflicts causing the issue:
You can start the test by temporarily deactivating all of your plugins (except Modern Tribe plugins) and changing your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and let us know if the problem is solved after that (don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything).
Please let me know your test results and I’ll be happy to help you with the next steps!
Cheers,
Patricia

MemberHi Shay,
This sounds like a server limitation as you are unable to log and display PHP errors. I’ve just reviewed your system info and you don’t have a value for PHP display_errors (it is currently blank):
PHP
display_errors =
log_errors = 1At this point I would recommend you to contact your hosting provider and ask them to take a look at your php.ini file and make sure that you are actually able to display and log errors in your server.
If you have any news regarding your error log or have any other questions in the meantime, please let me know!
Best regards,
Patricia

MemberHi Kayeck,
Could you please confirm that you tried both methods suggested here to manually update your premium plugins? What is the error you see while trying to replace the plugin files via Dashboard and via FTP?

MemberHey Heath,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m so sorry to hear that you are having problems with your events maps! Let me help you to solve this!
To get started, could you please access one of the venues that is not displaying Google Maps and another one that is working as expected via Dashboard and send us screenshots? This would help us to identify any discrepancies/errors in your venue setup.
Are you importing these events/venues from external sources or creating them in your own site?
Thanks!

MemberHey Greg,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Could you please be more specific regarding your request? These two export links in the screenshot you just shared will allow you to either export the event to Google Calendar or into iCal format (the .ics file format). I’m assuming you want to export your calendar to Windows/Outlook: is that correct?
If you have any other questions in the meantime please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

MemberHey Shay,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m so sorry to hear that you are having problems to add/edit your recurring events: let me help you to solve this!
The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on your website’s server, but it could not be more specific on what the exact problem is. This status code is usually associated with a PHP Fatal Error, so to identify the cause of this issue, I would recommend you to temporarily enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share with us any messages you see while creating and editing your recurring events. All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content/debug.log.
Please send us your test results and we will be glad to help you with the next steps!
Cheers,
Patricia

MemberHi Sarah,
My apologies as I didn’t mention this in my previous reply: The Events Calendar does use Schema.org markup (in JSON format) for calendar events. You can explore the markup that’s used for our events by viewing the source code for any single event on our WP Shindig demo site.
If you want to enhance this functionality I would also recommend you to check this plugin:
Thanks!

MemberHey Sarah,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I believe that Schema Markup is the functionality that you are looking for. Schema.org takes care of all the structured data needs on your website. You can use it to markup your events so Google can pick up this data and present it in an enhanced way. To help you get started, I would recommend you to check the following articles:
https://blog.kissmetrics.com/get-started-using-schema/
https://yoast.com/structured-data-schema-ultimate-guide/
https://yoast.com/json-ld/
https://moz.com/learn/seo/schema-structured-dataI’ve also found the following plugin that might help you to achieve what you want (although I didn’t test it with our plugins):
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

MemberHi Jeff,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
This is not an issue that I can reproduce in my own WordPress install with all Modern Tribe plugins enabled and up-to-date (screenshot here). To get started, could you please update Events Calendar PRO to latest version 4.4.20.1? You are running version 4.4.19 as I can see from here.
If the issue persists after the update, I would recommend you to open up your browser’s console and see if there are any relevant errors. Identifying a specific error can help us research further.
Thanks,
Patricia
