MemberHi Marc,
I’m sorry to know that this customization is still not working for you. I’ve tested the code in different sites and couldn’t replicate the issue you are experiencing. In all cases the Event categories and sub-categories are displayed as expected in CE submission form. I believe that there might be some specific setup causing this issue in your site.
Can you please send us copy of your database (in a private reply) to further investigate the cause of the issue you are experiencing?
Thanks!
Patricia

MemberHi Scott,
I’m sorry about this issue you are still experiencing. Both plugins (The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO) are essential to everything work as expected.
If you are still having problems to display your calendar while having both plugins installed/activated, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share with us any messages you see while accessing your Events page. All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content/debug.log.
Regarding the license for Events Aggregator, can you please access your Dashboard and head over to Events -> Settings -> Licenses and make sure that your Event Aggregator license is in place? If the license key is missing, please access your account, copy your license from there, paste it to your site and save the changes.
Let me know if this solution works for you!
Regards,
Patricia

MemberHi Dana,
I’m very sorry about this issue you are now experiencing! It seems that there’s a plugin or theme conflict causing this 500 internal server error.
To immediately identify the PHP Fatal error that is causing this problem, I would suggest you to either contact your hosting provider and ask them to share the errors they find in your server log or enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG to print the errors in your screen (and save them in the /wp-content/debug.log file as well).
Once you identify which plugin (or theme) is generating the PHP Fatal error, you should disable/rename or remove the culprit via FTP. Everything should work as expected after that. Please share the PHP errors you find in your debug.log (or PHP error log) with us.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else and I’ll be happy to assist!
Regards,
Patricia

MemberHey Daniel,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing!
I’ve ran some tests (with TEC v.4.5.9 + ECP v.4.4.15) and couldn’t replicate the issue you are experiencing in my own WordPress install.
Can you please temporarily disable your template overrides (i.e. move your tribe-events directory from your theme to somewhere else or rename it) and check if the issue persists after that?
You can also follow this tutorial to determine if a conflict is happening and find out what is causing it.
I hope this helps you get started!
Let me know if you need anything else and I’ll be happy to assist!

MemberHey James,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Did you check this thread?
In that case the Outlook calendar was successfully imported by setting the import task to a new “iCalendar” import and additionally by modifying their initial URL from .html to .ics (“https://outlook.office365.com/%5Bexp%5D/calendar/%5Bexample%5D/%5Bexample%5D/calendar.html” to “https://outlook.office365.com/%5Bexp%5D/calendar/%5Bexample%5D/%5Bexample%5D/calendar.ics”).
Let me know if this solution works for you as well!

MemberHi Dana,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing. Let me help you with that.
The best way to install a plugin in an individual site in a WordPress network is by accessing the My Sites -> Network Admin -> Plugins menu, upload the plugin from there (but don’t activate it for entire Network), then visit your individual site and activate the plugin from there.
Let me know if this solution works for you. If you have any other questions, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!

MemberHi Daniel,
To change the “All Events” (tribe-events-back) URL, you have to override the single-event.php file.
Please copy this file from wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/single-event.php and paste it in your theme’s directory: [your-theme]/tribe-events/single-event.php
After that, open the file from your theme’s directory and on line 28, replace this link with this one.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else and I’ll be happy to assist!

MemberHi @jtfimprov,
I’m sorry to know the plugin update didn’t help you to solve your problem!
Can you please access your Dashboard, head over to Events -> Settings -> Licenses, remove the Event Aggregator license and click save? Then re-enter the license and save it again. Do you see any difference? Let us know.
Also, can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share with us any messages you see while trying to import new events from Facebook? All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content/debug.log.
Thanks,
Patricia

MemberHi Erin,
Regarding the calendar numbers, you can change their color by adding the following code to your style.css file:
.tribe-events-calendar div[id*=tribe-events-daynum-], .tribe-events-calendar div[id*=tribe-events-daynum-] a { color: black !important; }You can change the background color of the days of the week with this code:
.tribe-events-calendar thead th, .tribe-events-grid .tribe-grid-header .tribe-grid-content-wrap .column, .tribe-grid-header { background-color: black !important; }I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else and I’ll be happy to assist! 🙂

Patricia
