We imported a spreadsheet of all of our events, including recurring, in June of 2017. We have a recurring series that is displaying two different time frames on the same recurring event: 8:00AM – 9:00AM and 9:00AM – 10:00AM (correct timeframe). I’ve attached screenshots below of how the events are appearing on the front end. In the back end, I’ve chosen to “update all” to 9:00AM – 10:00AM and have decided to not split the series, as this is easier for our client to update in the future. However, the events are still appearing with the two different time frames.

We are using “Chicago” settings in WordPress and imported CDT time zone events. Is this a possible Daylight Savings Time conflict? Any information is appreciated!

    Hey Jessica,

Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing.

Can you please access your Dashboard, head over to Events-> Settings-> Timezone Settings and make sure that the Timezone Mode is set to “Use the sitewide timezone everywhere”?

If it is already correctly setup and the issue persists, please let us know and we will be happy to further investigate your case!

    Regards,

    Patricia

    Hi Patricia,
Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, those settings have been in place since the inception of this project, but the dates still remain inconsistent, displaying both time frames. Could this have been an issue with the import itself? Perhaps the spreadsheet we received had some dates in a different time zone? Is that possible. Thanks!
