MemberHi John,
Thanks for sending us these screenshots! Before we proceed with our troubleshoot process, I would like to mention that in working.jpg, that error refers to a different calendar plugin (Events Calendar WD) which is not developed/supported by us.
Regarding the Aggregator license that is still not working on ennisclarecorporatecentre.com, can you please access your account and in the licenses section check if your site URL is listed under Event Aggregator? If your site is still not listed there, please access your Dashboard on ennisclarecorporatecentre.com, head over to Events -> Settings -> Licenses, add your license key there and don’t forget to press the “Save Changes” button in the end of the page.
I’ve just created a new site to test if my own license works on multiple WordPress installs and everything is working as expected.
If the site URL is listed in your account and the License key is correctly setup in your Dashboard, there’s probably a theme/plugin conflict, so to further investigate, I would suggest you to follow this tutorial to determine if a conflict is happening and find out what is causing it.
I hope this helps!
Let me know if you need anything else in the meantime.
Regards,
Patricia

MemberHi BjΓΆrn,
Thank you for sending us further information on this! I’ve changed the pagination in my own Scheduled Events page and it is working as expected (please check this screenshot where I’ve changed the records per page to 2).
Can you please make sure that your plugins are up to date and share your system info with us?
This could be associated with a plugin or theme conflict, so to further investigate, I would suggest you to follow this tutorial to determine if a conflict is happening and find out what is causing it.
I hope this helps you get started!
Let me know if you need anything else and I’ll be happy to assist.

MemberHi Catherine!
Thanks for the explanation! The most important thing is to keep both plugins up-to-date, their version numbers don’t need to match. One thing that you mentioned and I’ve seen in your system info is that both plugins: TEC and ECP are on version 4.4.2, but the latest version for Events Calendar Pro is 4.4.15 (version 4.4.2 doesn’t actually exist yet). Did you customize or hired someone to customize your calendar plugins? If there’s custom code in place, it might be the reason why your calendar broke the last time you tried update it.
I would recommend you to do the following: backup your database, access your server via FTP, create a backup copy of the plugin files on wp-content/plugins, and try to update the free and PRO version of the-events-calendar. If the calendar doesn’t work anymore, remove both plugins and download/install the latest versions manually. If the issue persists after that, simply revert the changes by copying the plugin files from your backup and importing the DB. Let me know your test results
At this point I’m actually curious about how both plugin versions ended up to be the same. Do you still have a link to the thread that mentioned that you have to keep both plugins on same version number? It would help me to better understand your case.
If you have any other information to share, please let me know so I can further investigate!
Thanks,
Patricia

MemberHi Jerry,
Did you include the snippet in your functions.php file with the opening “<?php” tag? If you did, please remove this line and save the file again. Everything should work as expected after that.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else in the mean time!

MemberHi @jtfimprov,
I’m very sorry about this issue you are still experiencing. Unfortunately, we do not provide phone support, but I’ll monitor this ticket closely from now on so we can work to find out a solution as soon as possible! To summarize what we’ve been done so far:
– Confirmed that TEC is up-to-date (version 4.5.9);
– License removed and re-entered, but the issue persists; Now, can you please let me know if this issue you are experiencing is exclusively associated with Facebook imports? Can you import from other sources like .ics files or Google Calendar? Are you still getting the warning informing that you need to renew your plugin license? If you could send us any screenshots, that would be great!
Also, did you try to enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG as mentioned in my previous reply? It would be very helpful if you share with us any errors you find in this log.
Please let me know your answers to these questions and I’ll be happy to assist you with the next steps.
Regards,
Patricia

MemberHi Cary,
Good to know you were able to find out the cause of your problem! I’m afraid we don’t have an official recommended image optimization plugin, but I’ve tested EWWW Image Optimizer in my own site and it worked as expected.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else and have a great day π

MemberHey Catherine,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
The latest versions of The Events Calendar (TEC) and Events Calendar PRO (ECP) are not necessarily the same: The current latest version for TEC is 4.5.9 and for ECP is 4.4.15. WordPress will display a notification when updates are available for both plugins, so you don’t have to worry about it π
You can also check the latest versions available in your account and/or on release notes.
I hope this helps! Let us know if you need anything else and have a great day!

MemberHey Shane,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing.
Can you please send us a link so we can verify the issue you are experiencing? I’ve accessed your calendar on http://new.westerlylife.com/events-calendar/ and also specific events: everything is working as expected.
I’ve noticed that the calendar link in your top navbar menu is still redirecting to your main site https://westerlylife.com/events-calendar , I would suggest you to run a complete database search-replace to correct this issue.
Thanks!
Patricia

MemberHey Fred,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing.
As I can see from here you are getting a specific error associated with your Google Maps div id:
“tribe-events-gmap-No (new) topics were found here! Note that you need to login to see our Forums.”
I believe that this is the result of a custom code or an external membership plugin and that’s the reason why Google Maps is not displaying as expected.
Can you please follow this tutorial to determine if a conflict is happening and find out what is causing it?
Let me know your test results or if you have any other questions in the meantime!

MemberHi Carry,
Thanks for contacting us!
I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing. The 500 internal server error is pretty generic. Can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share with us any messages you see while trying to upload images to your CE calendar? All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content/debug.log. This would help us to identify the cause of the issue you are experiencing.
If you have any other questions in the meantime, please let me know!

MemberHey Gergana,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’ve inserted the following code in your site and it worked as expected:
.tribe-events-month #tribe-events-header .tribe-events-sub-nav .tribe-events-nav-next a, .tribe-events-month #tribe-events-header .tribe-events-sub-nav li { display: block; }Please make sure that you are not adding this code inside a media query in the end of your child theme. If the issue persists, add this code to the beginning of the style.css file, but add the !important parameter (i.e. replace
display: block;
with
display: block !important;
).
I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else and I’ll be happy to assist!
