    Hey Ashley,

Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing.

Based on the errors you just shared with us, your plugin files were removed/renamed via FTP, and/or the file permissions were changed and WordPress is not recognizing them anymore/ not allowing you to edit them.

I would suggest you to access your server via FTP, head over to wp-content/plugins/ rename the existing “the-events-calendar” directory to something else (you can also move this directory to another place or simply delete it, it’s up to you!), and download the latest version of the plugin from WordPress.org again.

Let me know if you need anything else in the mean time and I’ll be happy to assist!

    Regards,

    Patricia

    Hey Joel,

Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing. A few weeks ago we released the latest versions of The Events Calendar (TEC) and Events Calendar Pro (ECP) with a permalink update for recurring events (the permalink logic was removed from TEC and implemented on ECP instead). Please make sure both plugins are up to date.

If both plugins are up-to-date and the issue persists, please access your Dashboard and head over to Settings -> Permalinks for a permalink flush (no need to change anything, just visit the permalinks page: WordPress will automatically flush your permalinks once you visit it).

I hope this helps! If you need anything else in the meantime, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!

    Regards,

    Hey Mary,

Thanks for contacting us! To be able to import events from Google Calendar, you must get the private iCal address for your calendar and paste that URL to your site. You can follow the instructions provided in this article to generate the private iCal address.

I Hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else and have a great day!

    Regards,

    Hey @raldesign,

Thank you for reaching out to us! Can you please specify what is the post header that you want to remove from your event page?

We can try to hide/remove it via CSS, but we need to know exactly what you want to remove.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jennifer,

Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are still experiencing.

Can you please flush your transients and verify if Event Aggregator works as expected after that?

You can flush your transients by using a plugin like Transients Manager or via server, using WP-CLI. You can flush all of your transients (WordPress will repopulate them as necessary), or just the one associated with our plugin: “tribe_aggregator_origins”.

We believe that this transient cached the response from our server informing that your license is still not present/activated in your site, even though it is (or maybe an expired transient is causing this conflict).

Let me know if this solution works for you. If the issue persists after that, we can try to issue a new license for you.

    Hey Ken,

Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing. AS I can see from here, the display/layout problem is most likely associated with a theme CSS override. Did you follow all steps mentioned in this tutorial to determine if a conflict is happening and find out what is causing it?

I’ve just submitted a test event using this form and it worked: can you please confirm if you see the submitted event from your dashboard?

If you have any other questions in the meantime, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!

    Hey Christopher,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

I couldn’t replicate the issue you are experiencing from here: when I access https://carvingedgefestival.com/events/ this is what I see (only 5 events).

When I access https://carvingedgefestival.com/events/list/ I see the same five events you have in photo view.

Are you still experiencing this issue from your end? If you are, please send us screenshots and/or any relevant information you have to help us to solve your problem.

As a reminder, if you want to change the default number of events displayed per page, from your Dashboard, please access Events -> Settings -> General Settings -> Number of events to show per page.

    Hi Fred,

I’ve installed and activated both bbPress and bbP Toolkit in my own site and everything is working as expected (the map is displaying properly) while having these plugins enabled. I believe that a specific bbP Toolkit setup or customization in your site might be causing this issue you are experiencing.

I would suggest you to save a backup copy of your database and plugin files and after that start editing/changing it’s settings until your figure out what is causing this specific conflict.

    Hi John,

Thanks for your confirmation on this!

As a next step in our troubleshooting process, can you please flush your transients and verify if Event Aggregator works as expected after that?

You can flush your transients using a plugin like Transients Manager or via server, using WP-CLI. You can flush all of your transients (WordPress will repopulate them as necessary), or just the one associated with our plugin: “tribe_aggregator_origins”.

We believe that this transient cached the response from our server informing that your license is still not present/activated in your site, even though it is.

Let me know if this solution works for you and/or if you need anything else in the mean time!

    Hey Philip,

Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing.

I’ve ran some tests and accessed my own event submission form while logged in with different users and roles (admin and editor) and everything worked as expected: I couldn’t replicate the issue you are experiencing. Can you please follow this tutorial to determine if a conflict is happening and find out what is causing it?

Let me know your test results. Also, if you have any other questions in the meantime, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!
