ParticipantHi,
The add event page on this site is not displaying or functioning properly.
I’ve tried to identify conflicts without success (deactivated plugins and removed the custom page template from the child theme etc.)
It was working until recently.
Could you have a look and advise please.
I have noticed some jquery errors using inspect in Chrome. Not sure if relevant. Really struggling with this.
The calendar is on this site http://barrow-upon-humber.co.uk/events/community/add (on a multi site network).
Many thanks.

ParticipantThe configuration information uploaded earlier may have indicated use of older versions of the plugins. I was just testing at the time and have reverted to the latest again now (the issue still exists).

MemberHey Ken,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing. AS I can see from here, the display/layout problem is most likely associated with a theme CSS override. Did you follow all steps mentioned in this tutorial to determine if a conflict is happening and find out what is causing it?
I’ve just submitted a test event using this form and it worked: can you please confirm if you see the submitted event from your dashboard?
If you have any other questions in the meantime, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!
Regards,
Patricia

ParticipantHiYa,
Yes, I went back to default WordPress theme and deactivated all other plugins. Cleared cache etc. Just tried that all again and have attached a screenshot.
As well as the layout, the date pickers do not work (the pop up calendar doesn’t appear). These don’t work if adding an event from dashboard/Events/Add New either.
The venue and organizer fields don’t work either.
Your test event did reach the dashboard.
Please advise further.
many thanks.

ParticipantI’ve also attached a screenshot of the errors showing in Chrome.
May or may not be relevant?

ParticipantI’ve had to remove the Add Events page from the navigation but it is still published at http://barrow-upon-humber.co.uk/events/community/add
Have attached the screenshot from testing as a bare site with the default theme.
Any news?

MemberHi Ken,
Please accept our sincere apologies for the delayed response! I couldn’t replicate the issue you are experiencing from here with WordPress default Twenty Seventeen theme and only Modern Tribe plugins activated. Do you mind to share with us, in a private reply, your wp-content directory and a copy of your database so I can run some tests and help you to find out the cause of the issue you are experiencing?
Thanks!
